Made appt for full detail. Waited for ½ hour guys never showed. Never received phone call. When I called to find out what happened they said they don’t work on rainy days (even though they have covered area) and that was never told to me. When I expressed my disappointment the owner said our customers always come first. I told him I obviously didn’t since no one bothered to call to cancel and reschedule. He HUNG UP ON ME. Great customer service. BTW they had detailed my cars several times so I was a repeat customer. Not any longer!
