History

Established in 2009.

We Started out as a teaching facility, teaching canning and food preservation. Became a cannery almost immediately, and evolved into organic wines over time, all of our products are organic, and preservative free!

Loving a challenge, I get to be a mad scientist almost every day, designing wines that no one has ever made before. Being out of the box, personally, I am proud that my wines are the same, out of the box. After all Our motto is «Changing the way you think about wine, one bottle at a time»
