After losing the key to my car, the dealership insisted that we’d have to bring the car in to get a new set cut and programmed (meaning the car would need to be towed in.) QL was able to come to the house to do it and at a much more reasonable price. They gave us a time frame of when they expected to get here, then Ben called about 10 minutes beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He was really nice, efficient and thorough. The fobs I’d ordered on Amazon weren’t a perfect fit for the keys, but he was able to program them anyway and tested each one and explained that they would still work without the key. It took about 20 minutes. I was really happy with the service and professionalism. I’d definitely use them again.

Made an appointment and Terry, the owner, arrived on time. If you are looking for a dependable and trustworthy locksmith, Quality Locksmith is the one.
Bought a new home and installed some new doors so wanted all the doors to be able to use the same key. I originally informed him I needed all the existing and newly installed door locks re-​keyed but once Terry arrived he suggested using the new doors just installed with the new locks to match the existing doors. Most doors had the same lock brand so in the end, only two locks were in need to be re-​keyed.
Terry could have been dishonest and changed all the door locks I had originally suggested and I would have never known the difference. Just would have been unknowingly out more money.
Thanks for the honesty along with wonderful service! Highly recommend!

After a break in, we hired Quality LockSmith to come in and help us secure our store. We called, and Ryan arrived in less than an hour. He was immediately able to rekey the locks and returned the next day to install the pieces to make our door more secure. He was also able to install a safe on his return. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I would call them again for any lock needs!
