Howson Inspections is a family owned home and Real Estate inspection company. We have been servicing the Santa Clarita, Frazier Park, Lebec, Pine Mountain Club, Lake Hughes/​Lake Elizabeth area for over 15 years.

History

Established in 2000.

Howson Inspections was founded by Michael Howson.

To this date Mike is still the main inspector and a Licensed General Contractor.

Mike is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience doing home inspections and real estate inspections. He also has extensive experience in real estate constructions and upgrade and owns a real estate painting company.

With all of this experience Mike decided to open an inspection company designed for the home owner and buyer. Now only to inform them in all the aspects of the property they own or will purchase but also to educate them so they would be able to make informed decisions.
