Dance Your Hearts Out, LLC specializes in upbeat and urban style dance classes (Freestyle Hip Hop, Modern Dance, Ballet, Zumba Dance Fitness and Theatrical plays). For youths (boys/​girls) ages 5 – 21 and Zumba Dance Fitness (adults only).

History

Established in 2011.

Dance Your Hearts Out, LLC was established in 2011. I always had an Epiphany of starting my own dance studio since I was a young girl dancing. I have always been an extra ear to the youth and love to encourage them to become successful.

Business Owner

Nikisha Cooks, Owner/​Founder of Dance Your Hearts Out, LLC. Born in raised in Washington, D.C. Mother of four now studying Psychology. Dancing is my passion, I started at the age of five and never quit. I first started by holding classes at community centers in my local area in my hometown. Dancing is my outlet, I dance to my feelings from my heart and soul. Upbeat dancing is fun, exciting and challenging. I have been dealing with the youth since 1996 and always had a connection with them. I call it giving back to the community. In today’s society the youths need and extra push, positivity and encouragement.
