We are a retailer of fine Wisconsin and imported cheese. 42 years in business on highway 52 at Pine Island. Specializing in aged Wisconsin cheddar, currently up to 12 years old.

We also are experienced retailers of wine and beer making supplies and ingredients for making fine wines and beer at home. We are an authorized retailer of Winexpert wine making kits. Owner Wally Klopp is an experienced brewer and wine maker and offers classes through local commumity education programs.

History

Established in 1955.

The Pine Cheese Mart was established in 1955 as a retail and mail order cheese shop in Pine Island, MN. In 1969 it was relocated to its present location at 51 146 Hwy. 52 Blvd., Pine Island, MN. Wine and beer making supplies and equipment were added in 1975. In 2004 a location in Rochester, MN was opened to also sell wine and beer making supplies. The Rochester store is at 1137 6^th St NW, in the Hy-​Vee/​Barlow Plaza. It is open Tuesday through Saturday, phone is 507−252−9463.
