Specialties
We specialize in Napolitano style pizzas made with 24 to 48 hour fermented dough, cooked at 900 degrees in our hand made, wood fired ovens, imported from Italy. This produces a light crust with a beautiful leopard char.
Also made in house, our bread is made using a mixture of the finest flour from upstate NY & Vermont. The country bread is leavened with a sourdough starter fermented for 24 to 48 hours.
All of our fresh pastas are made in house as well, cut by hand everyday.

Wood Stack Pizza Kitchen was born from inspiration… Two brothers dreamed of the perfect unpretentious environment to gather with family and friends to enjoy a meal in a relaxed communal setting. Wood Stack Pizza Kitchen is now the embodiment of that dream.
