Safelite AutoGlass – Pine Brook

I came to Satellite office in Pine Brook, New Jersey to have my window repaired from a rock hitting the windshield. The technician did a fantastic job and the service was quick. The windshield looks like new. I didn’t go through insurance, but the receptionist saved me some money by checking for an insurance discount for me. Thank you Satellite I would highly recommend your service!

If you need Safelite Autoglass, this branch will not disappoint. I set up service and received prompt communication as to my appointment window and contact preference. I chose text and sure enough I received timely communication with all the information I needed. The technician Frank was out making service calls in the snow and not once did I hear him complain. He pulled his truck into the communities garage, mindful of other tenants he chose a spot to work that would be out of the way of others… even the building superintendent was impressed. He was prompt, professional, efficient and did excellent work. He took the care to make sure everything was back in its place (decals, mounts on windshield etc) and did not leave until I was satisfied.
I never give five stars for work that is expected (hey you are paying for a service) but Frank went above and beyond and greatly exceeded my expectations.

This place is ok. They were suppose to meet me at work but because of the weather they couldn’t so I came to this pine brook location to get a new windshield. The staff are very nice here.
