Jake’s Limo Service

Jake’s Limo Service has been my ‘go to’ car service for many years. I have used them for airport rides and also for business. I have never had an issue with them. John (the owner) is great and has always been easy to work with.
I have no problem recommending them to people for weddings and for business/​pleasure. While I have read some negative reviews on here, may I suggest taking then lightly. My friends, family and I have all used Jakes for many years (like I said) and we have NEVER had any problems what so ever.

Do not use this company!!! Left us stranded at a hotel for a Bachelor party! We reserved a 14 Passenger Excursion for 8 gentlemen on 8÷24÷15. No music due to broken speakers in the limo! The driver, Nick, offered to go 15 mins away back to the office to get us a Navigator that worked and never came back. We called over and over for 2 hours. He had turned his phone off and forwarded us to voicemail. He is now avoiding my calls and is even pretending to be called Max’s Limo Sevice now. Voicemail still says Jake’s. He is also hanging up on me when I call for answers as to what happened that night. Don’t get scammed! I used them once before 2 years ago but I will never use them again. Totally rude and unprofessional! There is no physical address for them on their site so that should be a red flag.

The people who run this limo service are extremely rude and condescending. I would not recommend even using this to transport your garbage to the dump. NO customer service skills at all. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Joseph was AWESOME!!! what a professional! the limo was beautiful. the ladies loved it and all wanted your name and number. will DEFINITELY keep you in mind for the next time we do something like this.

DON’T USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!!!
They are not even worth a one star. I Called about a month and a half ago inquiring about their special they had on their website, which I thought was very good after calling and comparing 6 other limo service around me for my wedding. When I called the person that picked up was pleasant and told me «little tips,» but I found him slightly questionable. I found him questionable because when I had asked him for details, if there was availability for the date I wanted, and if I can see the fleet that I wanted. The person on the phone stated that he was on his rounds therefore took my info and stated he would call me back sometime that day.
Never received a call back. I called 2 – 3 times after this to follow up, still the same thing. Then I finally asked him if he was the only driver for this company, because I found it weird that all the numbers I tried to call on their website kept sending me back to the same person. The person had stated that he was the owner and that he’s a working owner with no secretary. He finally gave me all the info and gave me his e-​mail address and told me to give my info and that way he can draw up a contract. I e-​mailed him the following day stating that I didn’t want to sign a contract until I was able to view the fleets.
So after much back and forth he finally gave me a date and time which he originally said 12, but then I asked if there was anything earlier because I worked that night. He told me to call at 1100 to see if he’d be available at that time. I called no surprise he said he couldn’t meet earlier and he actually pushed back the time to 1pm. I had told him his original time, but he said he was still on a run etc. So when I was heading to the place, which was out in the boonies, I got lost because in all my navigation system (car/​phone) it didn’t have the address he gave me just the bottle king address so I went with the one that was close to the one he gave me. So when I thought I was finally heading in the right place, I called him to make sure he was still there he responded by saying oh your too late it’s 1:30 already. So I told him what happened. He responded by yelling at me saying why didn’t you call me etc. etc. I have a client I have to pick up etc. etc. So I politely said okay thank you never mind. I already went all the way over there wasted my gas, time, and sleep and he didn’t care. This was actually two weeks ago. I work nights so my time and sleep is very precious to me. I didn’t get home till close to 3pm that day and had to wake up at 430 to start getting ready for work.
For someone who’s business is solely on customer service he sure as hell don’t have one and he sure as hell acts like he’s doing you a favor rather than the other way around.
You might say will your 2 – 3 phone call should’ve raised a red flag, which it did, but I am a bride on a budget and I understand that times a rough now a days so you have to cut on help. Plus I’m very patient and try to give ppl the benefit of a doubt. I’m not to normally complainer or write reviews, because to me I don’t think anyone Is worth it. To do all this typing and effort it. But, I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.
once again… DON’T USE THIS COMPANY… and I’m glad that I had that experience with the owner because it lead me to search some more and found a company with larger selection and better looking fleets, nicer sales person, and most importantly better deal.
