Owner, James D. Barrow, started Barrow Construction as a general contracting company based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Mr. Barrow never intended on starting a construction company but after a leak in his grandmother’s bathroom, which turned into a life changing endeavor of building a new bathroom, Barrow Construction was born. After countless hours of researching, studying, training, and steep learning curves, Barrow Construction now offers multiple services with outstanding results that will satisfy the most thorough individuals.
