Specialties
We specialize in slow smoked BBQ, Cajun Food and down home goodness! All our meats are hand rubbed with a special blend of spices and slow smoked with hard wood fire. Everything is made from scratch including the bbq sauce and sandwich rolls.
Menu items include, St. Louis Style Ribs, Pulled Pork, Texas Beef Brisket, Crawfish Gumbo, Jambalaya-and fabulous side dishes-Collard Greens, Red Beans «N» Rice, Sweet Potato casserole and more.
History
Established in 2005.
We started out doing pig roasts on weekends and gradually moved into concessions and catering. In the summer of 2007 The Boogie Woogie BBQ landed a number of regional festivals in which to bbq at namely the Chelsea Summer Fest, Manchester Fireworks, Gratiot Cruize, River Folk Fest, and more. These events led to significant catering jobs and eventually the opening of our store «Chef Chris’ Boogie Woogie BBQ.»
