Frank did the inspection on a house in Cameron Park my wife and I are looking to purchase. Frank was very easy to talk to and clearly very knowledgable. He generates a very nice and easy to read report following his inspection. I’ve never been through the home buying process but having his honest and knowledgable assessment of the house helped put a clear perspective on what we are really getting.

Frank came out and did a full inspection on a house we are purchasing in Lake of the Pines. Frank did a through inspection and found things I missed while walking the property and house. Frank is up front and honest and I received a detailed report with pictures the next day. Frank recommend some contractors to repair/​replace things he identified wrong with electrical and plumbing. Well worth the $ 450. Would defiantly use again.
