If you love mice than welcome home! This place is disgusting and infested. From the poor staff, horrible maintenance it’s a living nightmare. Please don’t move here !!!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT MOVE HERE. This was my first time dealing with an apt company in which the staff were rude, unprofessional and incompetent.
Issue #1. They have a huge mice infestation. We ask them to come out and all they did was place one small sticky pad in the area where the heat unit was kept.
Issue #2. They have Bed Bugs coming from out of the sockets. My building along with another tenant from another building had issues, that’s how I know it didnt come from me. Also they never fixed the problem and after calling them for them to come out again st charles told us we would have to come out of pocket to pay for treatments. And that is when we moved!
Issue #3. My BGE bill climbed thru the roof for 4 months straight. $ 500 plus. I called BGE to do a quick home energy check and found out that the unit was broke. The thermostat was programmed for 70 degrees but the apt temp rose to 100. I was reimbursed half of the BGE bill for 2 months but it did affect my BGE record /​credit because I could not keep up with my bill.
Issue #4. When calling for an issue it took days for a mechanic to come out and fix the problem.
Issue #5 when they were to fix the water pump, they would literally give us 1 hour notice if that then shut off our water. There was a time when this happened and I could not bath or brush my teeth because I was not given enough notice.

Please Please Please DON’T MOVE HERE! When I first came here everything was fine, but as time past it have been getting terrible. My mother and older brother moved here December of 2011. I was in the hospital due to me being paralyzed in a wheelchair because I got hit by a vehicle on August 24^th 2011 (Hit & Run). Anyway, we have heavy set neighbor’s living over top of us and it’s non-​stop stomping. The walls in the apartments are very thin so you can here any &/​everything. I remember one night when I was sleeping in my mother’s room and heard the neighbor having sex. I could not go back to sleep. My brother has heard it all in is room. This place does not have 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom is a «den» like wtf. We had a cat once, but they made us get rid of it. They played us. Before my mom and bro moved here she clearly told the manager we had a cat. What did she say? Okay, that’s fine. She didn’t even tell her there was a pet fee and rent. If you move here and have a pet you better get a second job. There is also mold here, leaking problems, mice, and all types of bugs! My mother had bed bugs and had to get a bed mattress and box sspring. I woke up with one on my thumb one morning in August –_​– My mother searched my mattress and box spring. Non found. And yesterday she saw one crawling up my box spring and I found a little blood in my mattress so I had to get a new mattress and box spring. We shouldn’t have to go through this. I am 17 ½ years old. I can’t wait to move out this hell hole. I am also handicap due to spinal cord injury. Don’t move here! It sucks
