This is a parve kosher bakery. They did our wedding cake, and people that don’t even keep kosher still comment after 2 years that it was one of the best cakes they’ve ever had (and it really was), and how beautiful it was. Sion worked with us to create the perfect cake — it was truly beautiful! A piece of art. He also worked with me to create a «groom’s cake» for my husband, which was perfect.
His other desserts and challahs are excellent!
If you talk with him, he really can create pretty much anything you want. He’s the sweetest man and eager to please; he runs an excellent business and makes fantastic desserts.
