Charles Palmer Asphalt Paving

Do not under any circumstances use this company. We started using them for snow removal 2 years ago. To be honest one of their bills got lost and I paid them late, but they were paid in full.. The following winter I had to call them every time it snowed for them to complete their job and yes they were paid right away. This blizzard showed their true colors. They plowed our next door neighbor but not us. When we called them to ask why they said they plow the good payers first even though we paid immediately last year when we got the bill. When my husband who takes care of his mothers medication said he needed to get over there and could they come as soon as possible, Charles hung up on him. What kind of monster does this! If they treat their snow customers like this I can only imagine how they treat their paving customers. Luckily we found someone else who actually showed up. These people are rude, wrong and inappropriate. They should not be allowed to work with the public. I know Charles Palmer thought he had us over a barrel but he does not. There are many other companies out there and all of them have to be better than Charles Palmer a paving and Snow Removal!
