Specialties

Hospitality is our hallmark! Our customers consistently rank the friendliness of our staff as one of the most outstanding ingredients of a stay at The Inn at Christmas Place.

That, and our beautiful Christmas decorations, including a Christmas tree in every guest room! We offer a warm, inviting atmosphere where guest are welcomed like family, and where memories are made with each visit and experience at the hotel. Our attention to detail and our service reputation are the best. Frequent repeat visitors know many of the elves by name and look forward to swapping family stories and memories when they come again.

Oh, wait — did we mention our enormous breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelettes? We didn’t? Shame on us — because we even serve pie for breakfast! Pie. For breakfast. Yep. That’s the way we do it here. A selection of cheeses and crackers, make-it-yourself waffles, fresh fruit, and you’re in the land of Krispy Kreme donuts, too.

«Sleep In Heavenly Peace» mattresses and soft or firm pillows — with fitted bed sheets, not those tuck-ins — for the best sleep you’ve ever experienced.

Come and experience elegance, luxury, and the spirit of Christmas every day of the year with us here in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee!

History

Established in 2007.

The Inn at Christmas Place was the inspiration of the Biggs and Barnes families, owners of our sister property, The Incredible Christmas Place. Construction began in 2005, and the hotel opened in 2007. The extended family, including Kathy, Keith and Carolyn, Karen & Toby and children Jared and Kristen, had a hand in the planning and execution of the hotel project — and their ongoing attention to quality and detail shows in every aspect of The Inn and its operations today.

The 145-room hotel is unique for the outstanding beauty of both the building and grounds, and for the use of Christmas decorations throughout the property. The environmental impact of the hotel was an important consideration throughout its planning and construction. Green products are the ongoing standard for the property, and we have been recognized by the governor of the state of Tennessee for our achievements in this area.
