Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. If you do, you will probably keep driving past this hotel. There are two older buildings and one newer building. We were hesitant at first, but had a room in the newer building. Very clean and nice room! Staff was friendly as well. Indoor pool is pretty small. I would recommend this hotel, just make sure you are in the newer building!

We reserved a room here and called to cancel. They did not have a reservation under our name. I verified again that they did not have us staying there? They said no. However, when we got our credit card bill there was a charge of $ 236 for the room. Now if they did not have our reservation, how did they charge us? I called and they refused to give us our money back! Now I am calling the credit card to reverse the charges.

Once in a while you find a deal that is too good to pass up. Well sometimes maybe you should. A year ago, I was looking for a place to stay for a trip to Pigeon Force and checked out one of the online booking sites. This place popped up with a picture of a new tower and a great rate. So I booked it. When I arrived, I was put in the old section which is a rundown motel about the equivalent of a Red Roof Inn. The lights flickered, the bed was well worn and it was very dark in the room. The only plus was the fridge/microwave combination but I guess for the price I got, it should have been considered a bargain. The problem was… driving down the parkway in Pigeon Forge and neighboring Sevierville, I saw nicer hotels advertised for the same rate(and no older sections). \ And I learned my lesson, I only go to known chain hotels now. Lesson learned… don’t be fooled by pictures on the web. It’s not always as good as it looks.
