Smoky Mountain Zipline

Zip lines were fun… When they spun me my finger got caught in the ropes… the guides never asked if I was okay… Not very friendly

A great family experience! The first lines were pretty simple to get the hang of it. The guides were personable, funny, yet very concerned about safety. We had Philip and Shane! Awesome guys. The extra lines were a blast and worth it, if you liked the experience up to that point. Only downfall for me was the price.

It was a fun time. The guides were fun and personable, but also responsible and they clearly put safety first. They were in the process of building some new lines which will really add to the experience.

Our guides were the best very friendly and helpful. I was terrified to do the zipline alone and one of the guides went with me. He went with me on most of the lines until the very end that he tricked me into going alone. It was an overall good experience.

We had a great time. Philip and Ty were great guides. We’ll do this again when we come back. Thank you

What a great experience! Make sure you get Alan & Shaggy as your guides… they made the adventure comical & exciting!!! Between their corney jokes, messing around & great sense of humor, these guys made sure we were laughing the whole time. My cheeks still hurt! Alan & Shaggy were awesome with my 6 yr old (even nicknamed him Squirrel) & joked around with my teens. They even recommended a great place to eat.
The scenes were beautiful, the zip lines were fantastic & the guides were awesome! This place is a MUST!

We went as a family (3 of the 5 had never been before, including me) and we were all very satisfied with Smoky Mountain Zip lines! We had a great time and did the beginners tour (9 lines). They started off short and not so high and got longer as we moved along; it was great!
Our guides were the best and I highly recommend asking for Diesel and Scrappy, they were great and hilarious and definitely made the experience better!
I felt very safe on the lines and with our guides. Overall a wonderful place to go zip line. I think we will definitely do the 14 lines if we come back again in the future! 9 lines were great, especially since we hadn’t been before, but once we started I wanted to keep going!

So much fun! Highly recommend. Do the 14 zips and the supers, it’s worth the extra $. The first couple are just to get you use to the process so if you only do 9 it’s over right when it’s getting fun. The guides were a blast and really made the experience. The views are scenic and worth the price of admission.

Super fun. The guides were fun, SAFE and since there was only the 3 of us, our pace was perfect. We were able to do the 14 line plus super zips. FUN FUN FUN

This was our first time trying zip-​lining. We had a great time doing the 10 line canopy tour. I called their number and made reservations. They didn’t ask for a credit card number while making the reservation.
The guides were careful about safety, they checked our harnesses and explained the zip lining procedures to us. A lot of kids were also doing zip-​lining, and they really seemed to enjoy it.
It was fun going from one zip line to another. Too bad, we couldn’t do the 14 line and the super lines because of storm damage. I will definitely try zip-​lining again.
The pictures are 20 $ extra, I wish this was included in the cost of the package. But this seems to a common practice in the Smokies to pay extra for the pictures.

We loved ziplining. The nine line course was lots of fun. Just the right length for our family of 6 ages 7 to 45. The guides were amazing! Very entertaining and great with the kids.

This was my second time going zip lining and it was awesome. The guides were great, pointing out things as we went along. I would recommend this to anyone visiting.

This is definitely something you should do at least once. It is a thrill and you get to see some beautiful sites as you sore over the smokey mountains. They start you off slow on some low to the ground lines to ease your nerves. I was a little worried about my boyfriend since he does not do well with heights but he loved it! It was expensive, but it takes 3 hours for 18 lines so its a good all day activity.
Our 2 guides we super friendly and made it more fun for everyone. They knew how to ease your nerves to the worrisome and give little speed tips to the thrill seekers. They put groups of people together of about 10 – 12 so we were with 3 other families.
