This store looks pretty nice and has a good selection of items. However I just can’t get past the lines at the checkout. Every time all lines are 4 – 5 carts deep. The employees look bewildered. Their self checkout is an exercise in frustration, too. Nothing scans on the first thru third try. The one employee for 6 registers is constantly going from station to station overriding something.

We went here to stock up on groceries when we stayed in a cabin nearby. At 9 at night, it was busy, and it was obvious the employees were sick of it. Any questions were ignored, and we asked an older lady if she could help, glared at us, and in a bitter and blunt tone said«I’m on break. Find someone else.» Eventually a manager helped us. I made a Unilocal account just to write this review, she was very rude, as were many other employees.

So glad to have a Kroger to go to away from home! Just a few miles from the cabin we stayed in for the week. All the stuff we are used to buying, right there close at hand. Friendly, helpful service, well stocked – couldn’t ask for more.

Spent a couple days in the area and used Kroger to stock up the cabin. Can’t say if I’ve ever been in a Kroger, but left happy with this one. Store was clean, staff were friendly and eager to help. Great prices, great staff, give them a try!

That was the ickiest Kroger I have ever been to. The food selection is there, and it does have a small Starbucks which is a plus. It is just not what I am used to as far as being clean looking. Also, I did not like the environment.

This is a good, not amazing, Kroger. People here are friendly and helpful. You’ll find all of your basic food needs here and then some. Personally I like a bigger produce selection, but I can’t offer an alternative for one in this town.

Great store to go for cabin supplies. Stayed in gatlinburg for three days and need to stick up on some essentials. Read some not so good reviews on Food City so decided to make the very short drive here. Exceeded expectations. Had everything my family needed. Even organic selections for all groceries. Go here before you go to Food City.

Nice store with a good selection, I just wish they had more salt-free options for seniors. Clean store with fast friendly folks.

The good– Very nice grocery store. Fair prices, and clean! The bad– This place is a mad house! We were there during Christmas, I can’t imagine this place in the middle of summer. The ugly– The coupon lady in the lobby is a total nuisance! She is relentless! Beware!

Very large store, hidden away off of the main drag in town. I had no idea that they were here, until a local told me where this store was located. Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Seviereville is laid out like an onion. If you are on the main drag, the ‘Parkway’ everyone can see you. If you are a layer or two back in the onion, like this Kroger is, then unless you know where to go, you cannot find it. Well stocked. Helpful staff. Very, very busy at our shopping time. Only drawback here, and as I have found in my travels here locally, is the presence of a time share saleswoman, at the exit of the store. They are like sharks, and will not take NO for an answer. really? Do I need to be pounced on, with a cart full of groceries?

I always shop this Kroger. The store is always clean, neat and orderly. The produce is always fresh. AND there is always someone around to ask if u have a question. Today AMY was so kind, friendly and asked if I found everything I needed. Other stores could take lessons from this store.

Every brand out there has a high end and a low end in regards to the stores that represent them. This is one of THE best Kroger’s you’ll ever run across, very clean and well organized with a great emphasis on customer service. If you’re not familiar with Kroger in general then let me enlighten you, they are a mid to high end grocery store with the best meats you can find. They are not the cheapest around but you’ll find quality over quantity here. You’ll also get fresh vegetables and good prices, but most importantly you’ll get way above average customer service that will keep you coming back. If you’re in Pigeon Forge then make this your base of operations for groceries.

I always look forward to visiting when I am in town. They have a huge health food section. They have a lot of hard to find healthy products.

… spent some time at the Starbucks inside. The two nice ladies behind the coffee counter took their sweet time as a line assembled. They even took time out to sing my friend a happy birthday while preparing his latte. Later that night, I ran in here with my bathing suit dripping wet from the jacuzzi where we were staying. I slipped on the tile while running into the beer aisle. After barely making it there to get some late-night groceries, I realized that this Kroger is open twenty-four hours a day everyday. You can come in here for whatever whenever. It’s a refreshing stop after driving by all the buffets and pancake houses …

Being a Vegetarian staying the weekend in Pigeon Forge I stopped here to stock up on some protein and fresh fruit to supplement the carb only complimentary breakfast at the hotel. This was a very nice, big, clean Kroger. I wish that I could trade it with the one back home. Thank you Kroger for keeping me healthy and sane in the mecca of southern fried foolishness.
