For a little place, they definitely do a lot. Had the funnel cake and it was perfect. Super friendly owner operated. Convenient parking too. Cash only, so come prepared.

Great funnel cake. Never put ice cream on one but I’m hooked now on chocolate ice cream with funnel cake. My only regret we should ha e walked from the hotel so we could burn the calories!

Every time we visit Pigeon Forge we’ll stop into Funnel Cake Factory for a fresh funnel cake. Family owned & operated business since 1982. Funnel cakes are made from heirloom recipe & never disappoint. Kettle corn is turned in an old fashioned copper kettle. All items are made fresh while we patiently wait. There is usually a small line around the counter. I highly recommend a family visit or an after dinner date stop before you go home.

I have had countless funnel cakes that were awful! These funnel cakes were either too greasy or the oil was old. This was a different experience though… I came to Pigeon Forge for vacation. My dad heard positive things online and the idea of funnel cakes sounded great. The lady working there was really nice, and right in front of you she puts thick, homemade batter into the fryer. My dad ordered two funnel cakes, one with and one without cinnamon sugar. And boy, the first bite was awesome. I finally get a good funnel cake. The cinnamon sugar was also awesome. Great staff, nice place, and excellent funnel cakes. If you are in Pigeon Forge, go here for a delicious treat. It’s worth it :)

Funnel cake that wasn’t greasy or made with old oil. Delicious with a nice crunch. I opted for the glaze instead of powdered sugar. A must try when in Pigeon Forge.
