Honestly… its not great. I was super excited to eat their pizza after seeing several locations I knew I had to try it. I got the feeling that this was a hometown spot and I just knew the pizza would be great! Sadly. It was more what you would expect for a high traffic tourist town… kinda like pizza in the mall. The first thing I noticed is that the pizza seemed very small for the price. 2nd the pie was really greasy and the pepperonis looked like those ones you can buy in the pack at Walmart. Next the sauce was really sweet… I don’t mind that but it was alittle over the top for me for sure… all in all chain pizza is better than this spot. Side note, our server was fantastic… wish the food had been better. Anyway the only saving grace was really great coffee.

We took a break from outlet shopping to grab a bite for lunch. We stopped at the seviereville restaurant first and their oven was down. We had a great experience here though. We enjoyed the dough ball appetizers and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. There’s only a 10 inch and 14 inch option, so plan on buying more than 1 if you have several adults. They bring dough around for the kids to shape and make and then sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. That was a real treat for my 5 year old. The service was great. The bathrooms were a little messy and out of toilet paper and having one location down was a little bit of an inconvenience, but our experience overall was very good. We will go back next trip!

We visited Pigeon Forge over Christmas and got carryout pizza from Big Daddy’s. They were very friendly and helpful. We got information about what places were open to eat on Christmas Day(even though they weren’t.) The salads were huge and the pizza(which we had with pepperoni and ricotta cheese) was delicious and came very quickly. Even when we reheated several slices 2 days later, it was still good. We would definitely eat here again!

The service was outstanding! Leigh that works up front was excellent. She helped us get our to go order quickly and even got us serve quickly at the bar for a drink while we waited. The pizza was fantastic and their dough daddy rolls were fantastic! Delicious and the service could not have been any better. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

After ordering for carry-out we planned on grabbing a drink at the«bar». After waiting several minutes we were told that they were very busy and that the«bartender» had tables to wait so we skipped the bar experience. After sitting in the waiting area, we noticed a sign stating that firearms were prohibited, including concealed carry permit holders. Strike two! I enjoy my constitutional rights and never want them infringed upon. I wish I had seen the sign BEFORE we ordered because I would have NEVER given this owner a dime of my money.

Omomomom… One of these best places down here. I’ve been to a few local restaurants and this is by far the best. This location! I’ve been here every visit.

No wait time to be seated. All staff was really nice and personable. I got a side house salad with house dressing. It was really good and came with bruschetta. We order he all veggie pizza and was really good! Food came out quickly.

$ 15 for a dinky personal pizza that’s worth $ 8 tops. Definitely a tourist trap. We thought we they had a chimney blowing smoke out front. Turn out it’s spraying a mist that looks like smoke. It gets all over you as you enter the building. Save your money and go to Cici’s. The pizza is better there anyways.

Very mediocre pizza for the price. The onions and peppers appeared to be thrown on top the pizza after it was cooked. We were seated quickly but our server, Ron, hovered constantly to the point of being annoying. On the up side, it was busy but we received our pizza fairly quickly, such as it was. I think we would have enjoyed ANY pizza chain better than Big Daddy’s.

Restaurant was very clean and we were seated almost immediately. Really great wings and pizza. Server was excellent and the manager even came by checking on our meal twice.

Amazing pizza!!! Food alone is five stars. Service was outstanding. Our waiter was Ron and he rocked! Only reason I reviewed it as four stars is because the inside could use a little refreshing. The décor doesn’t match a pizza theme.

Someone recommended this place to us who comes to Pigeon Forge often. The hostess and waiter were very friendly and attentive. The herbivore pizza was great! I would have added artichokes to make it even better. My kids liked the pepperoni 10″ pizza. I split a hot Italian sub with my sister and we enjoyed it. Great bread and great crust.

This place was recommended by friends back ‘home’ … And what better recommendation can I give but to point out that my husband, who generally doesn’t like pizza — said it was good. Service was fast and pizza was good — so I say give it a try.

When you see all the advertising for this restaurant you think it has to be amazing pizza. The pizza is extremely overpriced for the mediocre product that you receive. I could get the same quality at a chain pizza joint and save money. The only bright spot was our server. She was amazing.

No red wine choices except one blend which tasted horrible. Service was terrible so they didn’t ask me for a refill anyways.(Do places not like making money??) Had the wings as an appetizer. Very odd. Not a reddish or orangish sauce, but were more like grilled chicken. Tasted OK but were very tiny. Pizza is just OK. Lots of styles and choices. Thought prices were a little high for $ 15 for a 10 inch and $ 20 for a 14. I wouldn’t recommend having this places at the top of my list.

Came here today after exploring Pigeon Forge for a little bit today. We tried the Dough Daddies as an appetizer and they were really good, especially dipped in the marinara sauce provided with them! The pizza was good, crust was what you’d want from a brick oven pizza! The amount of toppings and cheese was fantastic, didn’t skimp on them!

We were pleasantly surprised with the pizza and the place. We ordered to carry out, but after we got there, the whole family decided to eat in the dining room. The pizza is better than the reviews indicate. We like the thick crust — my wife called it «homemade» style. It’s not overly oily with a great texture. They took care of us, even though we were essentially on a picnic in their dining room. We will be back.

The food was pretty good, but it took a long time to get to our table and it took forever to get our appetizer, we got all of our food at the same time. When I told the waitress there was something floating in my drink she didn’t seem to care and it took her a long time to get me a new drink. We also waited forever for our check. If they were busier I think it would have been more acceptable for that kind of service. If you want a place to take the kids that has a grown up menu it would be a good choice. They have arcade games. If you do go get the spinach dip.

Food was really good. They’re were friendly and extremely helpful. The wings were laughably small but they were delicious! The pizza was perfectly cooked and the portion was exactly what we needed. The arcade was okay but I definitely wouldn’t go just for that. I’m glad we took a chance on this one.
