Our business specializes in helping families enjoy an extra special Smoky Mountain vacation. We also specialize in Romantic getaways or honeymoon cabins for newly wedded couples. Couples or families can order special gift baskets right off of our website to make thier vacation extra special. Our cabin offers breathtaking mountains views, a gameroom with pool table, arcade, and electronic darts. We also have a romantic heart shaped jacuzzi and bubbling hot tub on the deck with outdoor speakers. We are located in Starr Crest resort. A premier resort located minutes from Pigeon Forge. The resort has amenities including a swimming pool, childrens playground, and picnic area. Wow!

History

Established in 2010.

We startad the business because the property management fees were outrageous. We wanted people to be able to stay at in the Great Smoky Mountains while being able to stay within a respectable vacation or getaway budget. We could offer discounted prices (up to 40% less) and still be able to make just as much money. This would also enable us to deduct the annual losses of the cabin from our personal taxes since losses are now active instead of passive. The consumer wins because it is the same cabin that the property manager rented out for 40% above our prices, and we give the same standrads of case (or better) than the property manager had.

We always visited the Smokys with our family and fell in love with this cabin in Starr Crest resort when we stayed there. We decided to buy the cabin and share it with other couples and families. We live in Cincinnati and still are able to getaway and visit the cabin a couple of times a year.

We both work and hold full time jobs and also both work part time jobs. We are just trying to make ends meet as we bought the cabin at the height of the real estate bubble. I work as an Costing Engineer at Saturday Knight Ltd and also dabble in Real Estate part time. My wife works at Remke Markets grocery store and also holds another part time position.
