Most of the staff is great here. The lady in charge of swim instruction, Emily? is very professional. The pool is well maintained for the most part but the locker rooms get dirty and should be cleaned more often.

Their 2014 online brochure states that the Mon-Fri drop-in fee for lap swim is $ 20.

This place could be so mch better.
The actual pools are great, good size, good temperature and lovely surroundings. The changing room facilities are clean and roomy enough, and the showers are hot.
The issue with the pool experience is the management. Rules upon rules have been created detracting any enjoyment a child may have here. Adults are fine, they can just get on a lane swim but if you want to toss a ball around or put your baby in a baby set… wow just be warned that you will be told off as it is ‘unsafe’.
The swim lessons are ‘fine’ nothing bad, nothing special. It would be great to have some more experienced teachers who see it as a career to teach kids to swim.
It would be nice to see some common sense brought back to this place and a more mature level of staff.

I think that what they need is to stay constant with who is managing the program there’s. They also need to figure out a consistent way of keeping the prices down for people to go there and swim. little to expensive. but then again it is in piedmont.
