Elements of Nature specializes in indoor and outdoor container plantings, cutting edge floral creations and event planning. Whether planning a small or large wedding, we can work with you to create the special day of your dreams. We also plan and help coordinate corporate and private events that will be the talk of the town. Holiday design is one of our specialties, whether Christmas, Valentines or Thanksgiving– you’re sure to have a unique creation for your entertaining. We also do Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, christenings and funeral flowers.

History

Established in 2013.

Stephan Mclean and J.B. Trotter have a combined experience of 40 years in the design business. Having worked in Atlanta and Charlotte, Stephan has worked with major corporations such as Coca-​Cola and AT&T to create high end events. After working 10 years at one of Greenville’s première florists, he and his business partner J.B. started Elements of Nature in a mill building they rehabbed on the river in Piedmont. They have hosted most of Greenville’s Garden clubs and many local civic clubs.

Business Owner

Stephan has deep roots in the floral business. Since childhood Stephan has enjoyed making arrangements with anything he could find in the yard. Nature gives so much to work with and he has long mastered the art of taking what is available and adding other elements to create timeless arrangements.
