Tai is the best trainer I’ve ever had. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. He gets you the results you want, meal plans and pushes you to the limit! Dedicated to the art of body building and physique training. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I drive all the way from Costa Mesa to train with him 3 times a week! I recommend this place for the people that are serious about what they want and the goals they are committed to achieving! #noweeniesallowed

I love this place! Nothing like «La Fitness» or «24hr» this place is clean and friendly ! This gym has helped me reach my goals, I can’t believe I’ve came this far. Tai is an awesome trainer that pushes you hard and genuinely wants you to reach your goals. I came in totally out of shape since I hadn’t gone to the gym for about 3 years. I seriously thought I was gonna pass out on my first session, but that was the butt kicking I needed to kickstart my heart.
I had fairly good fundamentals, but Tai put me on a high interval training program that really pushed me way beyond my comfort level.
I was able to get my confidence back once I started leaning out and looking more like the old me. I owe Tai a lot for getting me out of my rut. He offers the first session free, but trust me you’ll want to sign up for more sessions after.

Had another successful training session with Tai yesterday and I am already feeling sore (and this is coming from a previous college athlete)!
If you are looking for a trainer who cares about you and your goals, motivates you, and pushes you all at the same time, Tai is your guy!
I work for a fitness corporation currently and would never give a dime to any of the trainers I work with. For this reason I went and found Xtrength Fitness and I am so glad I did. Tai and Lorraine are both so sweet and welcoming and have both competed in different shows so you know that they know what they are doing.
If you have any fitness goals or are just looking for a lifestyle change, go see Tai. You won’t be sorry!

Its been a little over a month since I joined this gym and I can already see the results. I’m losing the weight while building my endurance n stamina up. I gotta give kudos to my trainer Harrison whose been on the lookout, working me effectively in every session. They take the time to explain how each exercise targets the areas of your body that you want to tone up. This gym offers all the equipment you need without the wait or the crowdedness that other mainstream gyms (LA Fitness, 24Hr., Gold’s, etc.) have to deal with. If you want results and a positive atmosphere, this is the place.
