Jeffrey was great! He was recommended to me by a family member who had worked with him previously. He patiently answered every question I had before the install. When I texted more questions to him after the system was activated he got back to me within a few minutes. Fantastic service!

I was referred to Jeffrey by my realtor. Jeffrey was very helpful with accommodating my time to meet. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I would recommend Jeffrey to any person who is looking into securing their home.

We decided to get an alarm system for added home security. I called Jeff, he returned my call right away. We spoke briefly to schedule an appointment. On the day of our appointment, he arrived on time. He was very friendly, professional and personable. He explained everything in detail to us from billing to installation. We did a walk through the house. He recommended a plan of action to fully protect our home. We installed our system 2 weeks later. The tech was very friendly, neat in his work, and he explained how to work our system. A few weeks after we installed our system a couple of yard items were stolen from our front yard. We were under the impression that the camera we installed would record the theft… to our surprised our camera does not record. I contacted Jeff and he told us he would install a camera programmed to record. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service Jeff provided. I would highly recommend him. He has a lot of integrity in his work. You won’t regret it. Thank you, Jeff.

Jeffrey helped my mom with her home security system. After my step dad passed away she was concerned for her safety and I immediately contacted Jeffrey! He responded quickly and we set the appointment for him to meet my with my mom! He was welcoming and made my mom feel safe in her home again! Thank you Jeffrey!

Jeffrey is very knowledgable about his business. He made my family and I understand the importance and safety of ADT. Jeffrey answered all of our questions and followed through everything that he had assured to us. The set up appointment for the installment was a day after signing the agreement. Jeffrey followed up with us a couple of times after the initial installment just to make sure we were satisfied with the security system.

He immediately called me, we set the day, time, he arrived EARLY… he didn’t have to come… He could have sent another in his place, but he did. We built a rapport. He was kind, patient and simply clear to understand and follow. He does exactly as he commits and promises and he cares… He actually called me back when I accidentally called him at 11:30pm wondering if everything was okay? Who does that? He does! That’s the kind of service I’d expect because that’s my work ethic as well! Great old school minds think alike! Furthermore, he’s a hustler he brought his team to farm my neighborhood while he was busy working with me~ AWESOME!!! May as well meet and greet while you’re here! How else would he know the needs of others unless he asked?

Jeff and his team are absolutely amazing. I called him out for a consultation he came out the same day didn’t take too long and best of all didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. His team did everything he said that they would and more. couldn’t be happier so much so that I have referred him to several of my customers and friends.

Upon first contact, Jeff took the the time to listen to my concerns and needs. Sure enough he was very knowledgable and able to answer all my questions over the phone. Thereafter, Jeff suggested he come to my house to asses my security needs in order for him to make his professional recommendation.
Upon Jeff’s arrival, you could tell he meant business. He was dressed to impress and that only made me feel about what was already a great first impression over the phone. Jeff took the time to go walk through my home and make his recommendations. In total, I just say his visit took well over one and a half hours. I asked many questions as did my wife. Jeff is a straight shooter, no sales gimmicks or anything like that. My wife and I agreed to put our home security in Jeff’s hands.
Jeff was able to get my alarm installed on Christmas Eve… Yeah, Christmas Eve, just because of how concerned I was with the security of my home. The installation time window was between 2−4PM, the installer showed up promptly at 2:10. The installer took his time to install, test, and explain all the equipment.
Just a few moments ago, I received a follow up from Jeff, just to see how the installation went and I was quite surprised… Again it’s Christmas Eve. And Jeff is still working. This only made my day even better.
In conclusion, if you’re looking for a caring, professional home security company, Jeff is the man to go to.
