Love this little mecca! If you are looking for specialty crafts, ciders, prohibition spirits, specialty sodas, liquor, or even a nice chalice to enjoy your favorite IPA they have it all! Stop here before going to BEVmos or even your favorite package store! Their prices are super low!

Ramirez Liquor is the best place to buy craft beer in the area. Pico Rivera is very fortunate to have their business located in the community. Unless you are a beer snob, there are no complaints here. Beer is cold and selection is diverse.

Crazy awesome to have a place like this in Pico. Big selection of beer, whiskey and tequila including international choices. Their wine selection is pretty pitiful however but Pico isn’t really about wine is it? They’ve a pretty great shelf of glassware too. The staff is friendly but definitely a little on the record store/​pot shop side, not that it’s a bad thing it’s just don’t go in expecting Total Wine & More style service. Don’t forget to check out the unrefrigerated section of beers for a few other gems.

In my opinion the best place to go to for craft beer. They have a very wide selection to choose from and there liquor selection cannot be beat. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable on all there products. I was a BevMo customer but now I am a Ramirez client.

They have a large selection of beer. However, the only people impressed i’d say are the people that are new to craft beer. They don’t have anything special, or that you couldn’t get anywhere else.
The manager we met was rude and figuratively short. After hearing him talk about a beer they had in the back, which was, in no way special because you could go to the brewery in Long Beach and pick up whatever you want, I asked if they had anything in the back.
His reply was a half glance and «NO» and he went back to chatting up the female employee.
The most important part of this review is about the quality of their beer. It’s old. I will say that they do a good job of cleaning the bottles so dust doesn’t accumulate, but you can easily tell once you get a whiff when you open the beer.
I’m giving them two stars because they do have the beer about $ 1.00 cheaper than most places and have a good selection of liquor. My advice, would be to drop the snobby attitude and focus on customers.
This is the second Ramirez location I’ve been to where the managers are preoccupied with the people they work with (Family) more than the customers that shop there. I’ve been in the area for 2 weeks now and have been to Ramirez to buy beer five times. I will not be buying beer there again.

The selection is f-​ing amazing. ’nuff said for a tiny place. Comparable to Bevmo but closer and more quaint.

Whether in Denver, LA, or Mexico this has one of the best Tequila or Sotol selections I have seen. Staff is friendly despite having limited knowledge of the product and overwhelmed by the inventory.

Great vibe. Great selection of beers. I specifically come here for a beer that isn’t to common in convenience or grocery stores: St. Archers beer and they have all selections from the San Diego brewery. They also have some finger food and wide selection of wines. The employees there are also friendly. Will be coming here for my alcohol needs for sure.

Love it, their prices are good and have any liquor you can think of… go there for the Grolsh beer not many places have it

Great selection on booze that’ll get you good and fucked up for any journey. Staff is cool, all seem mellowly drunk, and the booze is endless.

For being a small liquor store, they have a dizzying selection of liquor and craft beer. I even picked up a three year old bottle of Jester King to age even further. I enjoyed browsing through the selection at this smaller Ramirez store. They have bottles I’ve never seen at other stores. I think the larger Ramirez Beverage Center is more picked over than this place.

This is they best little liquor store around! I just stumbled upon this place and was super happy I did. I was looking for a very nice bottle of wine as a gift for my boss and the guys at Ramirez Liquor were super helpful and very nice. I’m not a big drinker but when I do tend to only drink higher end wines and beers, they have a great selection. I was even surprised to see they had and old fashioned soda selection.
I will be back Ramirez Liquor!!!

Gas the most and best selection of wine, beer, and tequila. My husband loves coming here to try the different kind of beers they have. If you are looking for a particular alcoholic drink they have it

Roberto made my visit. I was looking for gluten free beer — I was told by another guy working there that there really wasn’t any, As I was Checking out Roberto pointed out a variety and then went to the back to pull out more! I am grateful he went out of his way, he’s amazing!!!

This one is bigger than the Boyle heights location. Been going to that one for years, was happy when they finally opened this one over a year ago. Totally love this place, I am here at least once a week!
A big selection of beer and liquor, you do get stuck here for a while wanting to try something new. There is no bevmo around here and this is the next best thing. Friendly staff, they will help you look for something and if it’s not up front they will grab it in back for you.
I have spent a lot of money at this place lol… Quality, not quantity. They have the great stuff all the way to the bum beer and light beer that most people seem to drink.
Have to check it out! I almost always try out a new beer every time I come here. Another thing, you won’t buy any expired booze here, although this is a «liquor store» it is not some cheap mom n pop hole in the wall that sells steel reserve and 2 month expired stone. Expect quality when you come here.

This place is truly a go to for liquor. From the floor to the ceiling there is endless amounts of some of the most amazing bottles and flavors. I am always impressed with their prices and how knowledgeable the staff is. They always recommend something great. You are never disappointed when you walk out of here. They even sell moon shine… just throwing that out there. Lol.

Holy cow. That’s really all I can say. This place has everything a craft beer lover could want. I could spend hours in here. They have tons of liquor and TONS of craft beer options. I recently moved work locations and this place is right down the road from there. I think my wallet is in trouble! In a good way though!

I love the Ramirez liquor stores. I have shopped at all locations. They have a wide selection of alcohol and sodas as well.

Huge beer selection, tons of it is just chilling in the fridges waiting for you to grab it. I didn’t see any baskets though, which inconvenienced me to carry around my cold beers while still looking for others. The long line didn’t help with that either but it went fast since there was 2 checkers. I’d drop by again if I’m in the area.
UPDATE: So I was in here again and low and behold there is a stack of baskets by the door, I’m not sure if they are new or what, but I don’t recall seeing anyone carrying a basket or the stack of baskets by the door on my first trip. Great job if they are a new add! All around awesome liquor store!

This place is tops with me. You need it, they have it. Service is great and employees are knowledgeable. They even had a sample section with a kahlua rep. Will definitely be making this my go to store for liquor and beer.
