This review is well overdue. I have been using Kitty’s for over 2 years for every holiday and birthday I host at my house. The prices are excellent and cheaper than any other rental company in the area. The ladies that work there and the owner are very knowledgeable and helpful with all my needs. There have been times where I’ve called less than a week before needing a canopy and a large amount of tables and chairs and all was delivered and set up the night before the event. The canopy even came with a light which was awesome that I didn’t have to provide one. I got the monthly special and it reduced the prices tremendously. I even called the day of the event at 9am and asked if I could have a jumper added and it was at my door by 12pm. I would never go anywhere else! They also sell piñatas and do party and wedding planning!

I rented a canopy, tables and chairs for Thanksgiving dinner. They were four hours late and came unprepared which took them forever to set up. They didn’t install the side panels. When I called the store so they could send the driver back they assured they would return. The driver didn’t come back and the store stopped answering their phone at 4:30pm when they close at 5pm. Not professional at all. I will never use this place again!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
