Great selection of books, and you can buy them for less than anywhere else. And the money goes to a good cause!

I have come here numerous times over the years. They have a small but decent selection of used books at fair prices and it is superclose to my house.
My real complaint is the lady who staffs it. It is has been the same person over the years and yet she has never been very friendly or helpful which in and of itself has not been enough to stop me from going. However, the last time I went she was incredibly and needlessly rude to my mom even though we have been regular patrons over the years. Needless to say I will not be back. Save yourself the attitude and head over to Friends of Whittier, they have a much larger selection and much more pleasant and helpful staff.
