Yummy, healthful«food with integrity», and friendly staff who put it together exactly as you choose. Chipotle is definitely a favorite of mine, and I thoroughly enjoyed my Sofritas bowl I got at this location this evening!

The only reason this place deserves one star is because the staff is nice. I’ve been frequenting this location since it opened and I have never been disappointed until now. My son and I stopped for dinner before shopping and we both ordered a bowl everything was fine until we got to the guacamole which was brown! Now I understand that if it sits it turns brown but when you mix it it turns back green… not this time the whole pan of Guac looked like it was rotten and I usually get a lot of lettuce but the pan was almost empty and the lettuce was white and brown I passed. When we sat to eat my 8 yr old son said the Guac was good but clearly his palate is broken because it tasted rotten and the«steak» looked whitish and almost boiled like with a very weird taste to it. Needless to say I lost my appetite got up and left disgusted. I didn’t tell the manager or take it back up there because clearly that’s all the Guac they had or else they would’ve put out the fresh one so there was no point. With all the negative attention circulating chipotle you would think they would do a better job to keep the customers in. Clearly this establishment doesn’t care anymore.

I used to go to chipotle all the time because I love being able to customize my own bowl. The price is decent and the portion size is humongous. I can usually get one bowl and have half for lunch and the other half for dinner. However, ever since the news of the E. coli outbreak, I haven’t been going to chipotle as much. I recently tried it, for the first time since their stores reopened, to be safe I ordered the steak. I haven’t gotten sick, but I’m still worried about their health standards. I hope to receive news that chipotle is safe to eat at again, and maybe then I’ll become a regular again.

They don’t always cover their heads when their by the food. They don’t give you enough meat and if you ask for a little bit more they say they’re going to charge you. I stop going. Going to pollo Loco across the street instead

This place really needs an overhaul! Perhaps retrain your associate. I have tried to give this location a chance yet again disappointed! The steak was beyond salty it is as if someone drenched the chunks of steaks into salt. When I said something not one person could Acknowledge nor apologize for the badly prepared food that I had paid for. The meal was not eatable! It’s 11:15am if you just open how are you out of food already the guy literally had to scrape off the rice to make a meal really! This place really needs to get their business straight because if you continue to lose customers because management can’t manage then there’s a problem with the business. A loyal customer will only give you so many chances till they stop coming back. So if a business chooses to ignore their customers complaints then eventually customer will stop coming back and find another place that best fits their needs. I give up on this location never again!

I’m not sure what happened here tonight… This location had 6 ppl working and only 1 really slow guy preparing the food, by far this is the worst… I was a little confused when I asked for a salad and the guy didn’t add lettuce, so I thought to myself maybe they do it differently at this location… NO the guy preparing the food wasn’t paying attention to my order at the end when you add the salsa a girl added a little bit of lettuce. It’s bad enough that I think Chipotle is way over priced but to receive bad service just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be returning here… Retrain your staff to be more efficient and cautious of the amount of ppl in line and try to get them out of the door asap… not chatting to each other while there is a long line.

Probably my least favorite chipotle. I came for a veggie burrito and they had a tiny bit of veggies and no sofritas. It was gonna be a 10 minute wait or so. When there were at least 10 employees. And nothing on the grill cooking. Most of the employees talking in the back or sitting in the front having lunch. I’m not one to write on here unless it really is a disappointing experience. Try a different location. The money the owner just be paying for employees to stand around must be taken from the portions of food they skimp everyone out of. Seriously, go somewhere else.

So I went in today second chance, not a good thing, my burrito was super small, the chips were stale, and the price was super high, like gourmet food and Chipotle right now it’s everything but that. The employees were playing around, six of them in lunch, I think the owner must have a lot many to spend on people hanging around and playing than focusing on good service, no wonder their market stock it’s going down.

I’m paying for an overpriced meal for the amount of food they’re giving me. I ordered two bowls and noticed the girl hardly was filling up the scoops. I KINDLY asked her if she can add a little more on everything and she«sprinkled» a bit more. The lady after me was also complaining yet it’s as if they didn’t care. My veggie bowl comes with a free side of guac and she tried to charge me for it! I always come here I don’t understand their reason for this shitty service. I saw a lot of new faces maybe they hired a new staff who clearly are upsetting customers. This is my last time coming here. I’ll find a different chipotle to go to. The only thing that was worth the value was the soda… only because I served it myself.

10÷9÷2015 Unfortunately my daughter loves Chipotle and that is why we go there often. Today my husband was craving chipotle and send my son to get the food. It was 9:45pm when he walked in and the guy at the counter mumbles something under his breath. My son asked«what was that?» The guy said«oh nothing I’m so tired» my son asked for a Quesarito and the guy at the counter said«its $ 3.50 extra, you don’t want it do you?» like if my son didn’t have money to pay for it. It’s unfortunate that you feel like you can treat people like that. You and the manager are pathetic because when my son talked to the manager she told him that he should have called in advanced, but he did and she kept him on hold for 20 minutes. Really bad service.

My burrito was good but my boyfriends burrito had guac all on one end of the burrito and it was like all beans and a tiny scoop of rice. They were out of tea, no one greeted us when we walked in, and the employees do not know good customer service especially the girl in the photo posted. BADCUSTOMERSERVICE.

I live in Pasadena, so I don’t get to this location often but wish they could come fix the Pasadena location off of Sierra Madre, near me. The Pico Rivera location has a fast and friendly staff that greets you upon arrival. They get you in and out and in true chipotle fashion, you won’t leave hungry. If you’re in the mood for good chipotle food, this location is the one to visit.

By far the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to, the worst service, always out of items on the menu. I am no one to judge but the staff needs a major make over, By the reviews the owners do not care as long as the money is flowing, I’ll never eat at this location ever again. It’s crazy to me on how this place continues to hire ppl that seem to not care about their job, it’s not like we the public force them to work there. As you can tell my burrito was a disaster and to make it worse he was dripping sweat as I watched him fail miserably trying to roll my burrito that turned into a bowl!

I think tonight was my final visit to chipotle. First I find out there is a new company policy to add a charge of $ 3.50 to the cost of a burrito to melt the cheese in the tortilla. To be clear, for something that already comes in the burrito, but the extra step of putting the cheese into the tortilla before you put it in press is worth $ 3.59!!! That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. It’s the time? Well, I guess you owe me $ 3.50 for every time I’ve had to wait for you to cook more chicken, or replace the rice. Then, just to add insult to injury, they didn’t listen to what salsas I wanted and cut me off. Then they didn’t give me the cup for my drink and when I asked for it, I had to show my receipt to prove I had paid for it. This location has always been pretty rough, but tonight was ridiculous. I won’t be back — here or probably any other one. Chipotle — I know I’m only one customer, but you’ve lost me with this decision.

STAYAWAYFROMTHISCHIPOTLE! So tonight I thought I’d give it another chance… nope! Sure enough they disappointed again. I’ma huge chipotle fan I’ve been to sooo many locations numerous amounts of times. I love the company and its food; I probably average eating here about 10 times a month? Anyways, and I’m not even joking when I say this, but 9⁄10 times I have been and they are out of SOMETHING! And it’s not just me that posts about this too so clearly it’s an issue… tonight I happened to go and order my usual… burrito bowl with steak, all the fixings etc. I walk in expecting ok what are they NOT going to have tonight? I’m standing in line and about 2 customers ahead had asked for a side of chips and salsa. The lady looks at him and tells him oh I’m sorry we’re out for the night.(mind you this is the most common item they sell out of or don’t make enough of) Strike 1… As my turn comes up next I ask for a burrito bowl with white rice… the white rice was so weird and clumpy, I have NEVER been to a chipotle where the rice didn’t look fresh and looked like sushi rice or some shit. I was like really? Wtf? As the server struggled to scoop out a scoop of rice. Strike 2… Toward the end of my order I ask for corn… lo and behold! There’s no more corn for the night either! Strike 3… Look I know I usually go after 8pm but for crying out loud the consistency of disappointment baffles me. Who’s not making or ordering supplies? I’ve never been to a chipotle that is consistently out of something. That’s like if someone walks into my Apple Store and wants to buy an iPhone…“oh sorry were out of iPhones for the night…“ Anyways, just wanted to save future customers the visit. If you wanna be let down, go to this chipotle! Trust me, I only Unilocal stuff when I am really in love with a place or super disappointed/have a horrible experience. I will drive the extra few miles to make sure I get all my fixins and my order of chips at the end! Cheers!

This is my first time here and likely my last, messy and out of things. Out of carnitas, out of chips… I would recommend posting all the things they’re out of to avoid disappointment at the front of the line. On the positive side, the young men working here were very nice… Didn’t see any women working until we were ready to leave.

Where else can you build your own burrito or bowl? We came here for dinner because we wanted something healthy. I consider chipotle to be one of the healthier things to eat when eating out. My wife orders a salad and I ordered a bowl. My bowl had brown rice, veggies, chicken and barbacoa. In case you were wondering it’s extra $ to get double meats. Added some cheese and guacamole the guacamole is also extra $ with some medium salsa, chips and a drink. The chips are Crispy and salty and go great with your bowl. Staff was very friendly and really give a nice portion of everything I asked for. On a bad note they never have ice tea to drink. Other chipotles have it but this one doesn’t have it as an option. Been here a couple times and no ice tea. Other then that it’s a great location always clean and provides good service and good food.

They took our order immediately. Everyone is friendly. I was starving so I only ly took two pictures. Stephanie the cashier was very pleasant, her greetings actually made us change our mind about taking the food. We ate here! I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews. I see nothing wrong.
