This restaurant is now out of business and all signs have been removed. This was the only place in All of the Pickerington to get decent pizza in my opinion. We will have to wait until we head home to Chicago to visit family now for decent pizza. Sad!

Had a small pizza(their regular sized would be any other pizza place’s small) for $ 19.95. Had six smallish slices. The toppings were either burnt or sparse. The lettuce was wilted. The tomato scorched. The sauce — difficult to find. Even with 20% off, I ended up paying $ 23 after tip, tax, and fountain drink. WAY too expensive for what little you get. And the food isn’t nearly good enough to warrant that cost either. They seem to be struggling. Rightly so.

REDEMPTION. Sometimes, it’s a dish served hot. Okay, so that was ridiculous. Deal with it. ANYwho, this review is due. I have had a bite against Uno’s for years. Read mine review about their Tuttle location, you’ll see why. I kept trying to like it. I wanted to, really I did. But it was not good. So finally, I wrote them off. For good. I even had a note about not trying them ever again, written on my white board in my house. «UNOSSUCKS. QUITGOINGTHERE.» ‘Nuff said, right? Well, a month or so ago, they brought by some pie to my Reynoldsburg store. I run the Staples there, and was loathe to just throw it away. So I let bygones be just that, and had a slice. Hrm. Not bad. Okay, let’s give ‘em a go. They have a great offer, buy one get one for $ 5. All said and done, two personal pizzas for less than $ 18 is a solid offer for take-out, and quite filling. And as much as I hate the taste of crow, I’m eating it right now. As in, wow. That was a great pizza. I can’t stop glowing about it. No, it’s not authentic cray-cray great Chicago pizza(YES, I’ve been there and had that), but it is QUITE good. The crust was AMAZING, crisp, light, and tasty. The toppings were good, if slightly under crisp, but very solid. I’d order again in a heartbeat. Their service was choice; answered quickly, very polite and helpful. All in all… Yes. I will go here again. And again. Good on ya, Uno’s.

Let me start by saying this… I’m a Chicago Native(living in Indiana) So no pizza will taste as authentic as being downtown Chicago @ Uno’s. But! before you get your panties in a bunch,… Let me say, this… We took a break from our resort, seeking lunch. Stopped here. Was seated promptly. Waitress was very nice, sociable, & got our drink orders. Our son ordered the«Make your own» pizza… He very much enjoyed! As for us, we ordered a regular size(6 slices) pizza the had sausage, green peppers, onions, mushrooms. I loved it! Closest I can get to making me feel back at home(Chicago). Thanks for this guy’s!

Ho hum food, but to be expected by a chain. The kids«make your own» is reason enough for us to return.

dirty bar area! Yuck! Bar tender is waiter, not so much! He has no waiter skills and was to busy talking and supposedly doing bar things to be a waiter too! Steak not even close to med well, still bleeding! sent back waited and waited. Actually nothing we ordered was all great! PASS on this location! It needed to close!

I previously enjoyed a flat bread pizza and it was outstandingly phenomenal ! The pizza is very cheesy and their homemade sauce is hands down the bomb. I also ordered one of the desserts and the ice cream was AMAZING. They have awesome down to the point with drinks .The staff is great and they have interesting décor. If you LOVE pizza Uno’s is the place to go!

Stopped at UNOs hoping for a great, relaxing lunch with the family. Our hopes were short lived. Requested to be seated in the bar area so the TVs could be viewed, which was nice, but little did we know they only had 1 server in the area. Server was less than thrilled that we were in her area. Drinks sat at the bar for a good 10 mins before we went up and got them ourselves. Ordered the buffalo chicken tenders; which were not cooked all the way. Also ordered a salad and the large pep pizza. Had to ask for appetizer plates twice. And to top it off, the salad was completely over looked. When we mentioned it, you could tell it was an after thought… not ATALL what the menu described. Would not recommend this joint, unless you want an empty pocket and empty stomach. :(

I enjoy deep dish pizza. I’ve tried this a couple of times. Service is below average, pizza is inconsistant.

Uno Chicago Grill used to be one of my favorite pizza places until they closed the location on Dublin-Granville Road(Rt 161) on the north side of Columbus about 10 years ago. I still lament the loss of this location since the closest one to me is now the one in Pickerington and — even the pizza lover that I am – I find it hard to justify driving from Westerville to Pickerington for a pizza. However, I do occasionally pass thru the Pickerington area around dinner time — which I did last night — and I decided it was time for another great deep-dish pizza. Surprisingly — the place wasn’t crowded for a Saturday night(maybe it was because it was 2 days after Christmas) and we were able to get seated immediately. My favorite pizza has always been the Uno Classic — a classic deep dish pizza with chunky tomatoes and big pieces of sausage. My wife;s favorite has always been their white pizza with articokes. You can add a soup(several varieties) or a salad to your pizza for a reasonable up-charge. We both ordered individual size pizzas of our favorites — along with a salad — and the pizza was as good as I remembered. The service was excellent(prompt and efficient without being over attentive) and the food(both the pizzas and the salads) were excellent. I still miss having an Uno Chicago Grill located closer to me — but having the closet one located in Pickerington is probably better for my waistline.

For a chain, UNO offers a broad menu for a variety of tastes with some healthful choices. They have changed recently, and don’t offer some of the great menu items they once did. Management has changed as well. Portions have been noticeably scaled back and quality is less. The bar area is well understaffed, and the last service in 9⁄2014 was borderline rude for no apparent reason, other than she was the only one working. We WERE repeat customers, but not returning anytime soon.

My wife brought me here for Father’s Day. UNOs is one of the best places in pickerington to eat. Fathers eat free on Father’s Day and also get a free glass mug. Food is amazing their thin crust is out of this world.

As I promised, we tried the pizza again. This time it was like it was the first time. What happened the 2nd time I do not know. But it was small and not very good but tonight back to being good. So I have changed the rating back as I said I would if the third pizza was good.

Needless to say it’s been a while since I’ve been here; not this location but a place in Philly. I’ve had a love hate relationship with this style of pizza for as long as I can remember and I usually need a very good reason and some begging before I dine at this franchise. I’ve never been on Chicago’s team when it comes to pizza but I do really enjoy the buttery flaky crust only found in a true Chicago deep dish pizza. Not to mention, mI have a husband who is a real diehard for Uno’s and I love to treat him to things that make him happy. …yada yada it happen to fall on our 3 year wedding anniversary and I wanted him to pick the place. He could have picked a $ 50 steak for all I cared as long as it was what he wanted. So knowing him, Uno’s was what he picked. I put on the best happy I could for him and we headed out. The rest of the review, to be fair, he will write. I love Uno’s. This was the wost experience I’ve ever had at Uno’s and it just about ruined my anniversary. The food was over cooked & yet cold, the waiter was horrible and rude, and the place was dirty, dark, and way over priced. I’m not sure if this place is privatly owned but $ 5 is not my idea of a drink special. $ 5 bottle of Bud is not a good price. Even the waiter laughed as he told me. I can buy a 6 pack of Angry Orchard at the store for $ 7.99 but this place wanted $ 5 just for one bottle… SERIOUSLY?! Moving on, we ordered the crab & shrimp dip app since we both really like it and it came out burnt, bland, and cold. The bread that they serve with it was thinner and the dip itself had less food overall then the last time I had it. My wife ordered a burger and I got the Numero Uno pizza. We shared both. The burger was over cooked & cold, the burger and fries tasted horribly like propane gas and overall it just wasn’t any good. The pizza clearly looked over cooked and the deep dish pizza that I came for was thinner then the NY pizza I get back home. The toppings were undercooked and yet the pizza was cold and overcooked… The manager explained that they use convention stoves and someone must have forgotten to poke a hole in the center of the pizza, thus leaving the center uncooked while the outside appeared to be cooked. He offer to ‘put it back in’ to warm it up. I laughed. I reminded him it was already burned on top and I’d like a new one since this one couldn’t be saved. He agreed and 15 mins later we had a whole new mess. The crust was the only things going for it this, which was a relief to me at least. The pizza was thicker but still not ”deep dish” worthy. The toppings were undercooked again but the pizza wasn’t overcooked and was hot enough. We ended up getting the app for free and were told we would get ½ off everything else which we did not. We were given the employee discount which gave us about 1⁄3 off. Still, it was a nice touch, just not nice enough to ever get me back as a customer. I will try the one back home again the next time I’m there. I’m more upset that I picked this place on our anniversary, boasting about how wonderful it is and then I get there are have a horrible night. Lesson learned.

I had a hard time deciding if I wanted to go with 2 or 3 stars for Uno. I love Uno’s deep dish pizza. It is a weakness of mine. Here’s the two major issues with Uno — — 1. terrible service &2. high prices(ridiculously high prices). I visited here on a Friday night with a group of 5 including myself, and we were there for 2 – 3 hours, served the wrong food twice, and given cold food once. The manager made up for it with coupons, but it was a horrible experience.

I’ve never been a big fan of UNOs. This time, I decided to try their Power Cobb salad: grilled chicken, Parmesan chunks, grapes, goji berries, dried cranberries, pine nuts and ranch dressing. Verdict: Eh, nothing big to brag home about. The toppings are on a bed of spinach, and that was fresh(a big plus).

Went last night. Place was slow so I dont know why service was too. The place is very dimly lit. Not as dark as some«romantic» places, but still too dark. We ordered the«Buffalo» chicken wings as our appetizer, and while they were good, they had this sweet taste to them. True«Buffalo» should have some heat and be a little tart, not sweet. I got a thin pizza with peperoni, mushroom, and sausage, and while it was also good, it lacked toppings. It was normal to grab a whole piece, and it would not have one of the ingredients on it. She got the chopped chicken salad, and said it lacked dressing, and the chicken was dry. I normally might have gone 3… maybe 4 stars, but the value is what killed them. Just 8 chicken wings were $ $ 9.47. Her salad was $ 11.67, and my iced tea was a whopping $ 2.79! For these prices, things should have been great to stellar, but since they wernt, only 2 stars.

I was excited to try an authentic Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and was HUNGRY! Well I guess I’ll have to keep looking because Unos did not fully satisfy me. We started of with the Chi Town Tasting Plate with Buffalo Wings, Crispy Cheese Dippers, an Avocado Egg Roll, Chicken Thumbs® and fries with three dipping sauces: all-natural marinara, bleu cheese and tamarind cashew. It was ok, not great, I have come to notice that tasting plates always sound like a lot, cost a lot and there is really not much to it. We had the«large» the works pizza and for $ 20 it was tiny! Sure, its deep, its greasy and filling, but it is not more than 10″ and for all that money i felt ripped off and even though I thought it was ok, my husband and son did not enjoy it. In all a disspointing dinner, not disgusting but not worth going back to.
