Gould is the longest running custom framing store in the greater Philadelphia area, having opened in 1892.

We’re up to the fourth generation in this family business, husband and wife team Jeff and Christie Kwait.

In 2009, we brought our framing expertise to the exciting town of Phoenixville!

Although a lot has changed since 1892, what hasn’t changed is great service,

the kind you can only get from an independently run store these days.

Gould is still the place to go for excellence in picture framing, digital printing and gifts.

Meet the Business Owner

Christie K.

Business Owner

A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Christie got her start as a buyer for a local department store. After marrying Jeff, she learned the art of framing and joined the family business. An avid crafter, she sews, knits, and beads. She sees the design of custom frame combinations as another favorite craft. Christie volunteers with Flashes of Hope, a non-​profit organization dedicated to creating uplifting portraits of children fighting cancer and other life threatening illnesses.
