As Director of Sales for Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino, I am happy to share my years of positive experiences with Myron and his team. The negative posts are reflective of past management and are quite dated. Xavier provides group transportation including busses, mini coaches and sedan for our group convention clients, high rollers and entertainment acts. I welcome anyone to contact me as a reference.

This company MUST NOT NEED BUSINESS!
I had purchased a Living Social Coupon for a town car service. On 2 seperate occasions I have emailed 4 times & called this company 3 times (with voicemail messages left) to try and make reservations. On both occasions & to date I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL OR EMAIL back from this company. They must not need business.
I will be calling Living Social and asking for a full refund & making them aware of the lack of fulfillment from this merchant.
It is unfortunate that the customer service for Xavier Limo is so terrible seems as if they are throwing away many opportunities based off of the online reviews.
HOW CAN YOU DEPEND ON TRANSPORTATION SERVICES IF THEY CAN NOT EVEN REPLY IN A TIMELY MANNER??? Eek!!!

I’m wondering if this place still exists? After reading the reviews about using Groupon or Living social coupons, I’m beginning to think I may never get my voucher redeemed. I called 3 times yesterday, sent an email and an online request and haven’t heard anything back from this company. Looks like I shouldn’t have waited this long to redeem my voucher

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Thee most unprofessional limousine company I have ever come across. «Mark» supposedly confirms in May AFTER I left a horrible Unilocal review, that he had blocked my wedding weekend for limo usage so I had «nothing to worry about», but when the time comes to schedule the pickups. no one answers the office phones for days on end. When I finally got a hold of someone (some chick who acted like she knew nothing about the company) they stated that they were booked that weekend and therefore could not help us. Horrible business ethics and customer service. We ended up using a different company at the last minute and receiving refunds from Groupon.
If any of these discount companies (ie Groupon/​Living Social) know whats good for them, they will NOT advertise this merchant ever again. Xavier Limo, you suck!

I was with the previous reviewer, Jake, so I will not go over the entire story again. Basically as you can see from other reviews they are always late and make promises they can’t keep.
When we did finally cancel at about 10:30 am (They were hours late at this time btw) Myron promised to refund us or comp us a trip in the future with a larger group. We were told to call him after the river trip and he would take care of it. I remembered how hard it was to actually schedule this and get a confirmation from him before, so I mentioned that they never answer the phone. He stated I had the «company cell» number and it was always answered. I called on Monday morning … no answer! I was not shocked because at that point I had read the previous reviews and realized that this is their typical way of doing business. Promises that are not kept, and horrible service.
Save your money, find a different company. Nuff said!

Should have known better…
Should have known better to check Unilocal before reserving a salt river shuttle with these guys. And after reading these reviews after the fact, we should have known better than to take this guys word that he would pick up the phone when we call to arrange the refund he promised.
The shuttle we reserved was set to pick us up at Westgate at 8 AM. We got a call saying they may be 30 minutes late, not a big deal, we were in no hurry. 30 minutes later, get a call saying the driver just got to where the shuttle is housed and it will be an additional 45 minutes. A towncar is offered that would get their 10 minutes sooner, but no one wants to sit that close to each other after a day at the river.
45 minutes go by and we get another call saying the driver is stuck in traffic where the freeway is closed due to an accident (where there were several signs in the miles leading up to this area warning of this). Part of me wanted to call the day a loss and just see how long it would really take for them to get there and what other creative excuses would arise, but others in my party were not as patient. We cancelled and drove ourselves to the river, all the while rushing ourselves once we got there since we didn’t arrive until past noon.

We are devastated. They were horrible… they were absolutely unprofessional and were, by far, the worst part of my daughter’s wedding day. PLEASE do not risk your wedding or special event with this company. I agree with T.L. — I wish there were a NO STAR option.
I had a LivingSocial coupon for 3 hours of limo time. We needed two very short transfers to the wedding location — just 2.8 miles. The first trip was going to be the parents and grandparents of the bride. The second trip was the bride and her four bridesmaids. At most, it would only be about 45 minutes. We requested that the limo show up at 11:45, transfer the first group, and then return for the bride and her attendants.
Because we wouldn’t be using the limo for the full three hours, the gentleman at Xavier gave me a «deal» and said he could offer a discount on a town car pickup to bring the bride and group from the reception to their wedding night hotel — 7.7 miles away. Again, a 30 minute trip, at most.
I received a pleasant call the day before her wedding confirming the pick up times and locations. I reviewed everything with the lady at Xavier Limo.
The first pick-​up was supposed to be at 11:45 a.m. I got a call from the limo driver at 11:10 asking for directions from Scottsdale — we live out in far northwest Peoria. The gentleman was quite rude and when he arrived with the limo he didn’t come to the door or let us know he was there. We had no idea he was even out there. My parents arrived and said that the driver was out front and he was very impatient, wanting to know when they could leave.
We walked out with my parents to get into the limo and the driver asked where the rest of the party was. We explained that he would be their second trip. He absolutely refused and said that he was only making one trip. And he wanted to leave immediately. Because we didn’t want to stress my daughter out and this guy was obviously unwilling to work with us, we just drove up in our car and had the girls take the limo. (And remember, this was only a distance of 5.6 miles round trip).
We left and met them at the location. We found out from my daughter and the bridesmaids that he had to ask her for directions to the location, was very unfriendly, didn’t help them into the car, and when they arrived at the location, he wanted to immediately kick them out of the car (even though they were now there 20 minutes too early because of the driver not doing the first run). When they said it wasn’t time, the girls said the driver got upset and that the air conditioning was turned way down. Keep in mind, our temperatures yesterday were 118 degrees. Our girls were so hot and sweaty by the time they were walking into the ceremony.
The driver stood outside the limo, texting and looking at his watch while we were preparing to start the ceremony. He kept rushing us along. It was not even 12:25. Unbelievable!
The town car was scheduled to arrive at 6pm… and the nightmare continued. The driver arrived shortly after 5 and wanted to have the couple leave immediately. We explained that they were not supposed to be picked up until 6pm. The driver was rude and impatient, just like the first driver. We could not believe that he had the nerve to ask them to leave their reception early!
When the bride and groom came out, he did not help them put their bags in the trunk. He, again, asked them where they were going (which they are both from out of town… is it just me or shouldn’t a «transportation» company /​drivers KNOW where they are going??).
This was, by far, the lowest class and most unprofessional company that we have ever interacted with. I’m so sad and disappointed that my daughter’s very special day was impacted by my bad decision to use this company.

Here we are waiting for the car– it is our honeymoon and they were to pick us up at 5:30am TODAY and they are a no-​show, now we need to drive ourselves and we’re going to hit $%^(#%^#% traffic!!! Thanks for NOTHING!!!

Wow. This is the worst company that I have ever had dealings with. I purchased a Groupon for 65 dollars for a round trip airport transfer via Town Car. That is not a crazy great deal… just okay. I reserved online… no confirmation, no contact from the company. I called. No answer. I left messages. No call back. I emailed. No response. I posted on their Facebook page. Nothing. Finally, the day before my important trip with my two daughters and my 70 year old mother, I called and left two more messages and decided to cut my losses. I wanted to be sure to make my flight. I am trying to get a Groupon credit and I finally was able to reach someone at Xavier Limo to cancel. Celine was very apologetic, offered to have a driver pick us up at 1 (my reservation time was 2… interesting that no one contacted me at all about the unavailability of that time) and promised satisfaction. I felt bad for her, having to field the complaints from such a horribly managed business. Run from this one. I’d rather go by Discount cab… at least they answer phones.

Unbelievably unprofessional. I scheduled my reservation and didn’t hear back from them despite me emailing and leaving voice messages for DAYS. They finally called at 8:45 PM the night before my scheduled pickup. They didn’t seem to think there was a problem with this. Then they didn’t even show up … but they sure got my Groupon money.

I’m updating my review, but leaving the rating at 3 stars, for the moment. Mark, the owner of Xavier Limo finally called me today to ask about the issues I had back in December. Mark admitted the biggest reason he was calling me was because of this Unilocal review. He asked if I would let his company show him the good service they usually offer and I agreed. Unfortunately, I have no need for a limo for the near future.
I did give Mark quite an earful about the lack of contact from him in December. He claims he did not get the several voice messages I left. He did apologize and accept responsibility for his actions and he promises that in the future I’ll get those return phone calls.
Given the conversation I had with Mark, I would give them another try. Apparently he has added more drivers and I think a vehicle or two to his fleet, so he sounds a bit better prepared to handle the needs of his customers.
I hope that my next experience gives me the information I need to give Xavier Limo a 5-​star rating! Good luck Mark!

I’ve left several messages over several weeks and also sent an email via their website, but no one has returned my calls or emails.
Update: after posting this review, I did receive a phone call from someone who was polite and seemed very competent. I scheduled service and was told I would receive a confirmation email within 24 hours requesting specific information and addresses. This email arrived 5 days later after I emailed the company again.
I will update this further after the actual service is completed.

I, too, got the voucher from LivingSocial. As of this writing, I’ve been trying to contact Xavier Limo for about a week to set up a R/​T to the airport. When I first started calling I got a message that their voicemail was full. I finally got through and left a message. No one called me back. I went online and submitted an email form to make a reservation. No one contacted me. I left another message today and quite honestly, I’m not expecting a response. Our trip starts on Jan. 21, so I really needed to get this locked in. It’s not looking like that will happen. I’ll update if anything changes. Quite a disappointment!

I found Xavier Limo through
and bought 2 vouchers. I used the first one for my own out of town trip. When I made my reservations I received a confirmation email and everything went great.
They were on time, the car was pristine, the driver was charming and it saved me about $ 80 over parking at the airport! When we returned, Myron (the owner) was there with a sign with our name on it. I felt like a rock star.
I used my second voucher to pick up guests during the Thanksgiving rush. I was delighted to avoid the mayhem at the airport! And my guests were loving the VIP treatment.
I’m hooked on the service!
