As a homebuilder and remodeler in both New York and Arizona for over 25 years, I think I have seen just about everything in homes. I use that experience in my home inspections, combined with the latest technology such as thermal imaging cameras and moisture detection. Thorough and comprehensive inspections that give you everything you need to know about your new home. I take the time to walk you through your inspection report and explain all of the good and bad and even show you how to maintain and preserve the value of your new home.
