Came here with my mom to pick up her prescription. No problems at the pharmacy. Clean, organized store. The woman working in the cosmetic section was a bit bored and wanted to talk, but I’d rather have that then bad customer service. This location will be closing, as they are building a newer, bigger Walgreens across the street.

Usually a decently quick checkout & always friendly staff. Clearance marks down very low and great for good deals.
Prices kind of high for mostly everything that isn’t on sale, so make sure to shop for any groceries or food next door at Bashas.

Do not go to this pharmacy. I am sure the entire staff is doing the best they can do, but getting my prescription has take me over a week to process correctly. I had to give several calls to my doctor because the prescription some how did not go through properly. I am also a new resident to Phoenix and the pharmacy had a difficult time understanding that I moved from out of state. They tried processing my perception with my old insurance, when I have told them that I am a new AZ resident, with a new job and new insurance. Then they didn’t have my prescription in stock and asked if I was interested in going to a Walgreens 30 min ago. I said no thanks. Finally, when my prescription was delivered and ready at this location, they said their computer system was down which it is making it difficult for them to contact my insurance company and it will be a 30 minute wait.

The rudeness on behalf of some of the employees at this Walgreens location is profound. One particular visit to this Walgreens I clearly overheard employees laughing at my expense because I couldn’t find an allergy medicine. Meanwhile, I was waiting at the counter for service. I now avoid this location on principle. I left fuming, and who wouldn’t in my shoes, seeing as all I did is ask a benign question about where a brand of allergy pills is and I don’t think that is deserving of a humiliating response.

Hard to get excited about a pharmacy, but this local store is always friendly, well stocked and has a great Redbox in it.
My kids and I are ALWAYS here for something!
