The customer service here is great! They all know me here and are always able to create the exact nail designs I ask for. My nails last about three weeks and pedicures usually longer. It is definitely worth your money for the quality and service you receive. They play great movies here too! :)

Looked this place up before making appointment, April did a great job. I had to wait a while even with an appointment but they apologized and serviced me and my daughter to our satisfaction. Their hot stone massage was great and you get a full foot and calf massage as part of the $ 20. Great price, good service.
OAN: It was a little dusty in there. They may want to look into remodeling, but not if that is going to increase the prices. ;-)

I walked in and heard gunshots like if they were right next to me! There was a movie playing and they had… (Wait for it) surround sound !! I’m an electronic junkie so I was impressed. The movie playing was new and had my attention the whole time I was there. Every one working here was so nice and they all took there time and didn’t try and rush you out the door. Not to mention they are amazing at what they do. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails. I’ll be back not just to watch a movie, but for my nails too.

Best pedicure I’ve had in years… with a nice long massage and hot stones for $ 20! April went above and beyond to match my regular pink polish on toes to my gel manicure. I’ll be a regular.

Took my mom here for pedicures. The ladies did a great job on our pedicures and the paint looks perfect! Definitely great service for a great price!

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I really wanted to like this place because it’s close to my new house, I really did. But it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail place! I made my appointment for a gel manicure at 5pm… I wasn’t even seated until 5:45 and then didn’t start until 6. I didn’t even leave the salon until almost SEVEN! I couldn’t believe it. The lady who did my nails was nice enough but halfway through I started noticing that the nail polish didn’t look right– it was looking crooked and warped. When I asked the lady why this was, she said it’s because they don’t have the right lamp for OPI nail polish. She said the OPI lamp is more expensive and they never got that one so the OPI gel nail polish always turns out bad. Would’ve been nice to know before my nail polish was already done!!! It’s lasted literally less than a week. I know their prices are good but I felt like that was a total waste of my money.

They do a great job here, my nails have always turned out beautifully. My only complaint is that they always make you wait, if you are not one of their «regulars», even when you have an appointment (which I would recommend making).

Been coming here the last 1 ½ years & never get dissapointed. Enjoy the staffs’ friendliness & attention to detail. They are experts in their craft.

The best pedicure, EVER! Every technician takes their time and does a lengthy massage as well. Pedicure is $ 20, they don’t pressure you into other services, and they don’t talk about you because they figure you can’t understand. There is probably 20 nail salons between my house and Vien and I know better than to go elsewhere.

Most comfortable I have ever been in a nail salon and by far the best gel mani I have ever had. I brought my 11 year old for her first manicure and it was a great experience too… My nails have never looked better. I will not go anywhere else. They are meticulous and do great nail art too!

My daughter and I and arrived at 4 pm (our appointment time) and sat there for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Walked out and went to Autumn Lee nails instead.
The only good thing I can say about the place was that it looked clean.

Love this place! I’ve gotten pedicures here before and I’ve gotta say they do a great job at all they do. Today I got acrylic nails for my friends wedding this weekend. I showed Andy exactly what I wanted off of Pinterest. They didn’t have the exact color I wanted but Andy was able to combine two colors to make the perfect match. Andy is very detailed in his work and even put a few rhinestones to complete the look. I will be going back here for sure!

I’ve been going here about a year and mind you I have been to many nail shops in north Phoenix. This one is by far the greatest considering they take their time and do not rush no matter how busy they are. I have never been disappointed after leaving this place. Very friendly and clean. They also play great movies as another person on here mentioned as well but most of all the work they do is professional, affordable and over all a comfortable shop to visit. Hai has been my nail tech over the past year and in my eyes he’s the BEST!!!

So I absolutely love the way everyone does my nails. If you are picky they are super nice about it. They will make sure your nails are perfect before you walk out the door. I prefer the loving couple. I try to request them with my appointments. If I cannot request them it doesn’t bother me because everyone else is still good. They take their time. Do not rush. Do not go on your lunch break because they take their time. They converted me into a loyal customer!!!

5 stars definately! The people are great they take their time! They are extremely nice and even funny! I have never felt so comfortable in a nail shop ever! The one downside is that they can be a little slow it took almost 3hrs to get a full set and a pedicure! In the end it was worth it! I will be back!

Vien is amazing, the technicians go above and beyond! My nail tech was a guy I didn’t get his name but he was a real perfectionist. He took his time on my nails and did a great job, I couldn’t of asked for a better tech. When I walked in I was greeted right away, there was a bit of a wait time about 20 minutes. I can’t complain because when, it was my turn my tech listened and did exactly what I asked for and when I didn’t like the design he would do it over to make sure I got what I wanted. This place is great and you absolutely cannot beat the prices!!! I got 2 acryllic colors and a gel base with a simple design and it was on $ 50 including a $ 10 tip. Incredible, next time I go I’m definitely trying out their pedicures. Wonderful neighborhood place with really great people.

Local fave. Good service at a fair price. They are efficient but take their time and make sure you are happy without cutting corners. Probably one of the best in the area. worth the wait as they always have a big wait on the weekends if you don’t have an appointment

Prices are very reasonable, the staff are very nice, and kids can get their toes polished with a design for only $ 5!
They also play really good movies! Haha … You never know what will be on when you pop in :)

The west Valley’s architectural geography is comprised of little strip malls with an anchor store (usually a grocery store), a nail salon, and pay day loan center. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, and they all offer pretty much the same services. Even though Vien nails appears to fit the standard mold they are so much better.
A typical French pedicure lasts about two weeks. And really only one before you have to pull out the ol’ Sally Hansen touch up kit. However, I can go three weeks or longer with a pedicure from Vien. It takes them about an hour to complete the process because they massage your legs with lotion and do the hot stones. All of this is standard procedure as well.
The staff is so nice, and they even remember you after a while too. They are all very skilled at their jobs. I also love that they provide damn near every magazine known to mankind, and they have a flat screen for movies.
