This is the second preschool my son has been to and he graduated recently from Pre-​K. I felt this daycare provided a much better learning curriculum with daily letters, shapes and numbers. He even got to the point where they were writing words.
His last preschool was mainly teaching them things about the world and science, which is great, but children 4 to 5 years old should be learning how to write and read letters before trying to understand how a volcano works or how bears live in the wild.
The school gets a great rating for the teaching curriculum which I feel is the most important thing with a good Pre-​K, preparing a child for the potentially upcoming «shock» of starting school, but the classes did seem a little crowded and chaotic when picked up, might have just been because it was towards the end of the day. He has never complained of getting hurt, bullied, or mistreated in any way.

We were a bit leery taking our son to the Infant 1 classroom based on the reviews we read on Unilocal.I gave the benefit of the doubt since some of the reviews were a bit dated. I should’ve gone with the reviews and NOT taken our son there (we only lasted 3 weeks before taking him out)! Long story short, they did not follow our directions on feeding schedule. It was very inconsistent and they overfed our son with solids. They provided solids but we ended up bringing our own so we can make sure our son was given the appropriate amount. We started to write our son’s feeding schedule on the Ziploc bag and they still did not follow directions. One day, they fed our son 4 bottles when we only provided 3 bottles. (we think we got someone else’s bottle) Another day, I walked into the room and it reeked like bleach. The afternoon teacher was cleaning up with chemicals while my son and one other baby were in there. While the teacher was cleaning, she had the other baby in a swing with a bottle propped up on a blanket to his mouth. I was appalled and told the director. She was upset with the «lapse of judgment.» There was no follow up. The teacher did come to me the next day and told me «she is a good teacher and she has been doing this for 20 years.» It did not excuse the fact that she propped a bottle and did not tend to the baby. I felt like they were misplacing his labeled bottles, lids and clothes daily. Finally, we decided things were not getting any better so we removed him from the daycare. It took the staff almost 20 minutes to gather his things. They gave my husband everything and he noticed our son’s pacifier wasn’t with his belongings. They walked over to his crib (labeled with his name) and grabbed a pacifier and gave it to him. My husband told them it was not our son’s pacifier. It was another babies. Very unsanitary and gross. At this point, Georgia Treat (the Center Director) went over to my husband who was well aware of the past issues we had had, yet still said those problems were «not the norm» to her. At this point, my husband let her know what had happened with pacifier. She said she was «so upset» and couldn’t believe that happened… She told my husband she would make sure we didn’t pay any outstanding balance (which was 1 week) because of our unpleasant experience. We were still charged for the «comped» week. My husband and I called several times and left her a messages. None were returned. I had to physically go to the daycare to speak with her and was told, «I didn’t realize you were on auto pay, so there’s nothing I could do now»… like it was impossible to refund the amount we were charged? That’s the LEAST she could’ve done for our awful experience. There are way too many babies and not enough help. The teachers were stressed out which made all the babies stressed out. Every time I went in, the babies were crying and so unhappy. My son is MUCH happier now at his new daycare. NIGHT and DAY! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. This place is horrible!

My daughter has been attending since she was 8 weeks old and my son has been attending the daycare since he was 6 weeks old. One is now 2 years and the other is 7 months. The care that they have been receiving since they were newborns has been great.
The teachers in the newborn room have always taken great care of my precious cargo. They genuinely love and care for the kids and ensure that they are well taken care of. We are always in contact about their eating process and they assist with the development milestones that are achieved during their first year.
Transitioning to Room 2 — the women in that room are truly amazing. They are such wonderful caregivers. They were always friendly and always discussed the progress of my little one. Because of the variety of meals that were given to my older child, she is not a picky eater. Til this day, when we walk by, they inquire as to how she is doing and I’m looking forward to my littlest one’s transition into that room.
When my daughter transitioned to Room 3 & 4, it was very hard for me. It was a true transition from being a baby to a little girl growing up (from cribs to naps on a mat). The staff was very comforting and continued to send progress notes to let me know that she was doing just fine. She learned so much in that room, how to count, colors, shapes, songs, etc… She encountered biting and pushing and all of the other things that 1 year olds are going to encounter. A note was always sent and it never got to a point where any escalations were needed.
How that my daughter is in the 2 year old room, she continues to learn and grow. She is now potty training and they have been assisting with that process. Any concerns that I have encountered have been addressed. I feel that I’ve had the most concerns with the 2 year old room, but as mentioned before, I know I can call and speak to the director/​admin staff and my concerns will be addressed.
Aside from the teachers, the administrative staff is always responsive and keeps me in the loop of what is going on with my child’s care.
I really appreciate this place and all that they do for my kids.

We had to find another child care because our daughter kept getting hurt and sick while attending this day care center. She got conjunctivitis and hand, foot, and mouth disease in the same week. This facility is VERY short staffed. As a result, they often seem to mix in older kids with two baby classes. Bad idea! Our daughter got bit twice on the same day by an older child. Yes, TWICE! The worst was when we received a call from them saying that our daughter fell and hit her head against the crib rail while trying to stand up. She ended up going to an emergency room. What’s the point of using child care if they cannot keep the children safe? The director couldn’t care less about this and simply said something like, «she is still bleeding from head. if I were you, I would take her to a hospital» when she called us a few hours after the incident. Later on, she never called to see how our daughter was doing. Needless to say, she no longer attends this day care. Another BIG issue we had with them was the payment. What kind of business nowadays doesn’t accept a credit card or offer an electronic transfer?! Plus, they initially told us that we would pay only for the days our daughter attended. But suddenly they started to request that we pay for a whole week regardless of how many days a week she attends. So we were paying for a whole week even though she attended just one or two days. We DO NOT recommend.

Our son attended this school from the age of 1 to 3.
In the beginning I couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to go. The teachers were fantastic and really seemed to care about him. everyone in the school knew his name, they all had stories to tell when we picked him up at the end of the day.
Then it all changed. The first things we noticed were the sick days (I know kids get sick especially in daycare but this was all together different). He was getting sick every other week. At the time we just assumed it was Daycare and that’s how it goes but looking back it was do to poor management and an unclean environment.
The straw that broke the camels back was the 3 year old room. As soon as he made the transition into the room the real problems began. He was potty trained to the point of no accidents at home for several weeks and no accidents at school (in the 2 year old room). All of a sudden we were picking him up to find that he had soiled 3 sets of clothes. We thought it was just a phase, but it continued. Noting that they only time he was having accidents was at school. Then his attitude at home started to change, he was yelling and hitting and breaking things. After 3 weeks of this new class he started to throw a fit when we left for school and beg us not to leave.
In the forth week of the 3 year old class I came to pick him up early. He was FILTHY, and on top of that the teacher had him in girls clothing because she couldn’t find his backup clothes (in his cubby where they have been everyday for 2 years) one of his shoes had gone missing and they never were able to find it. After a discussion with the unimpressed director Georgia we decided it was time to pull him out of the school.
We paid this school nearly 8 thousand dollars a year for 2 years to take care of our child 5 days a week, and the director didn’t know who our child was. she had to look him up in the computer when we talked to her, then chuckled at our concerns.
If your children are attending this school I would strongly suggest getting them out. I wont give my suggestion for a new school because I don’t feel its fair to advertise for them in this manner. However, I will tell you that after making the change he is a different child. hes happy, excited to go to school and is actually learning something away from home. Also after 4 months in this new school not one single sick day. if your kids are going to a daycare and coming home sick once a month… its not just daycare… its that daycare.

My child attended this school about two years ago and please note that’s when this review is based off of. I don’t know what the school is like TODAY.
This was the first professional daycare my child attended. I picked this location originally because my family had other children attend some other locations. When my child was there the children in the one year old room where sick ALL the time. The school just wasn’t under control. I had to leave my work almost every week to pull my child out and take her to the doctor. She did have fun but wasn’t a fan of the Asian teacher in the mornings in the one year old room. My daughter could not have citrus so no apples, oranges, and etc. I can say they did control her from getting the food during lunch but when the afternoon teachers would come they were young and would give my child orange juice or apple juice then she would break out. Hospital visits etc.
I can say that Jennifer the director was very strict to the rules of children being sent home when signs of being sick were present so not sure why my daughter was sick all the time.
I ended up switching the schools for my daughter and BOOM she wasn’t sick for over a year. Not even a cold. Hospital visits went down.
The school itself smells clean and some of the teachers are ok. My overall rating of this school is ok. Only because the one year old room was out of control with germs.
