Recently moved out to AZ from the east coast. I relied on Unilocal to find a body shop when we caught the side of the garage pulling in one day. I checked out a few different places that I found with good reviews and ultimately went with Steve and his team at Ultra. When i pulled into the lot I saw vehicles ranging from luxury to your daily driver. Once insurance got involved Steve took over from there, within two weeks the car was finished and looked as good as new. Ultra also buffed out other scratches and paint marks that were unrelated from this incident and not in the original quote. Thanks for the great job! Would definitely recommend!

i had a very complicated repair. i bought a previously wrecked 2014 buick verano. steve was very helpful. he corrected sloppy repairs previously done. he diagnosed and fixed air bag and seatbelt issues. all work was done at a very reasonable price.

I had my front bumper torn off with significant front end damage. They did a quick job that looks good. They were friendly and were pleasant to deal with. They worked with the customers wants to get the job done.

Getting in a car crash was one of scariest things to go through. However, I am so happy with the prompt service that Steve and his team provided. A truck hit my car on the passenger side and I was not able to open the passenger door at all. Steve took care of setting things up with the insurance adjustors and made the whole process seamless. All in all, I am so happy to have my car back; looking like the day I rolled it off the lot.

After an unfortunate incident where a stand pipe in a parking garage attacked the Passenger side front Fender on my brand new Subaru, I went to Unilocal and searched for body shops.
I took pictures of the damage to my car and requested a quote from the first three 5 star body shops that came up. Ultra Collision has a very professional and easy to use web page to request a quote. One of the other sites just had an email address and the third had nothing on their site that looked like an email address or any type of page for doing quotes, though I did find an email address but no one ever responded to my email.
Ultra Collision responded quickly with a detailed and reasonable quote.
After trying one more time to get a quote from the other sites all I got was a quick one line response from one of them and nothing from the other.
I spoke with Steve and scheduled a time to come in. He said he would need three days to do the job and he called me on the third day that it was ready. The price quoted is the price I paid. The interior of my car had been cleaned and vacuumed (a nice touch).
I picked it up the next day and I could not tell that any damage had ever been done to the car, the fender had been replaced and the paint job blended in perfectly. An excellent experience.

My family has been coming here for years. Every time we pick our cars up they look as good as new, sometimes even better. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing auto body work.

I had a couple of bruises to my bumper. It was fixed like new and done timely. The price was as quoted. Steve the owner was friendly.

I took in my 09 Nissan Titan needing a new door skin to replace a heavily damaged one. Despite being a Patriots fan, Steve was the kind of guy I want working on my truck. Honest and knowledgeable, the guy took care of me, my truck and delivered on time, keeping his guys late on a Friday so I didn’t have to pay for my rental car all weekend.
Although I plan on moving from central Phoenix to the west valley, should I need any more body work, I’ll make the drive to Ultra Collision.

I was referred to Ultra Collision (Steve) by my mechanics whom I trust explicitly, so I knew they would not steer me wrong. My son was in an accident in his 1999 Altima and the car was deemed totaled. I was the original owner of the car so we knew it was mechanically sound other than the damage to the front bumper & right headlight, so we decided to go the route of buying it back from the insurance company and having Ultra Collision do the body work. Ultra Collision did an amazing job on fixing the cosmetic issues within our budget. I highly recommend Ultra Collision, they are quick, professional and no nonsense.

Was the last of three bids I got. Ultra was the cheapest by far. Was on time with great work and didn’t try to manipulate the estimate. I’d use them again anytime.

Needless to say, most of us don’t choose to frequent an Auto Body Repair facility. in 2002 my 2002 model Dodge Truck with less than 1K miles on it was hit twice! Neither time was it my fault, and both times it was repaired by Ultra Collision. Well, it’s 2015 now and my 2013 car was hit (again, not my fault). I called Ultra Collision to see if/​when they could fix my car. During that call I also made the comment that my main reason for contacting them again was due to the previous repairs being undetectable. What I mean is, you weren’t able to tell that my truck had ever been hit. Steve assured me the same quality workmanship was being offered, and in fact the same guy that painted my truck would be painting my car. I scheduled for the repair, and on the day I dropped the car off Steve had 1 of his people take me to the rental car place, He said it would be faster for him to take me, than to have them come get me. My car was done 2 days prior to the promised date, and again the repair was undetectable. I called Enterprise to attempt to coordinate the return of my rental, and they said simply leave the rental at the Body Shop and they’d come get it. In short, the quality of the repair could not have been better, and not having to do ANYTHING with the insurance company/​rental car people made it pain free. Although I hope to NEVER be a customer again (no one wants to be in a wreck), if/​when it happens I’ll be back. BTW, I live in Chandler and work in Glendale, so this is NOT the closest shop for me to go to, it is however the shop that I have come to respect/​trust. My repaired vehicle is available to anyone that would like to see it.

Something flew off a truck and broke the light cover of my Volvo. Steve was able to track down a used light and install it on my car saving me a significant amount of money.

I rear ended someone and the damage to my car was bad! My insurance didn’t cover it, so I had to pay completely out of pocket. Ultra Collision fixed my car for HALF the price of all the other estimates I got. Not only did Steven work really hard to get me the best price possible, but the whole process took less than a week and the car looks amazing! I am so happy!

ONLY THE BEST IN TOWN… My world was turned upside down after being in a hit and run accident that ended with a chase and an extreme DUI. I had just bought a new car three months earlier. My son & I were driving home when we were side swiped. After an extremely long night, I found out the driver had progressive. I spoke to my mechanics at Precision Imports and they said Steve at Ultra Collision was hands down the best in town. He got me in immediately and made my car look brand new, all while dealing with the insurance company for me. I took my car in to have my passenger side door panel repaired. I swiped a concrete column and made a huge dent on the side. New skin and new paint was needed. The owner, Steve, showed me the new door skin the day I dropped it off to assure the correct one was going to be installed. It took three full business days to repair, just as promised. When the work was complete, I looked at the car from every conceivable angle and found ZERO imperfections!
