Penelope enjoys secretarial work, running a business, scheduling projects for timely completion, organizing, and especially, a job well done. Over 19 years ago she started her own transcription business, and she continues to find satisfaction through producing the best transcripts possible. Her goal is to remove the burden of transcription tasks from business owners so they can focus on the work they glean satisfaction from.
