This was my first time. I came in for a haircut and Maddie did an excellent job. If she was not sure about something she would check with her instructor. The instructor took over towards the end since they were closing. If you are going, keep in mind they are students and will take longer. Overall, my haircut turned out great, they were very friendly and I will be coming back!

Obviously this a salon where students provide the services, so it takes longer than a typical salon. Students are still learning professionalism, so some conversations are a little interesting, but the service itself was great. I paid $ 10 for a very thorough haircut and blowdry/​style. The young woman who cut my hair was courteous, professional and she did a great job. The possible downside is that students graduate (duh) so you can’t get attached to one stylist. The instructors do a great job monitoring though, so I think you will be safe no matter what.

Awesome place, I am pleased every time go there. I had experience with Denise and Nina for my facials. Both girls are great and they know what they do and keeping all hours with pleasant conversation. Very relaxing time ! Thank you girls!!!

Got my brows did here — they looked great! The girl who did them seemed to be struggling with the wax, so she ended up plucking. Which was fine by me, although I do generally prefer wax.
I got a pedicure as well and that definitely did not turn out as well as I had hoped. I’m not one to complain in person or make a young student feel bad, so I said it looked great. I knooooow I’m such a liar. But it was a white lie! And now I can safely complain right here from my computer. Duh. Anyway, the student was extremely sweet and friendly, and the calf and foot massage was fab. However, they don’t do much beyond clipping a few nails and polish — no cleaning under the nails or shaping anything. I suppose I expected more and maybe I shouldn’t have? Either way, the polish was streaky and I had to clip them myself at home. Which isn’t worth even $ 15. Probably won’t go back there for a pedi, but would for a brow wax and cut for sure!

I bought a groupon for a facial here. Horrible! The aesthetician student barely touched my face and the massage was more of a tickle. Even after repeated requests to have her be more firm and take my eye makeup off, she wouldn’t! I told the receptionist at the front what a horrible experience it was be she did not relay the info to a teacher or supervisor or offer any kind of relief, she just said sorry bye. So unprofessional. I wasn’t going to write this review but I had to so people are warned before buying this facial at groupon. Oh and the best part, I went home and washed my face; the original makeup I had on when I arrived there after school CAME OFF ON THE TOWEL! Made me think about the peel ingredients mixing with my makeup on my skin for 15 minutes, probably did my face more damage by this «facial» ugh so annoyed!!!

All the stars! I love this place. I brought a friend with me today to get back facials. Once again, a very pleasant experience with not one, two, three, four but FIVE hot towels. Cecelia made sure I was comfortable as she massaged my back and upper arms, using different oils, scrubs and lotions. It lasted about 50 minutes and cost $ 20. I found out today that they accept tips, which is good for the students. I didn’t know this last time since I just used a Groupon. So, please tip! They do a great job here and the prices can’t be beat.

Check the air vents. Disgusting. Terrible customer service. DONT GO HERE. Especially don’t go to school here. They are terrible to their students.

Rose did my facial and she is so good at making sure you feel great about your skin! Hurry in and get your facial with Rose. My skin is so moisturized and all of my black heads have been exfoliated. I will definitely recommend family and friends to come in for facials. I want to come back and try getting a back facial.

I received a facial by Casey on Friday night and it was FANTASTIC! He was thorough, polite, and made me feel very comfortable!!! Great facial Casey!

Had a facial last night with DeAndrea and it was amazing. She really took the time to analyze my skin and develop a facial treatment tailored to my specific skin needs. Throughout the entire session she made sure I was comfortable and understood everything she was doing. I have had many facials in the community and this by far was one of the best I’ve had. You can’t beat the price, it was easy to get in and this morning my skin feels fantastic.

Don’t go here unless you want the worst experience & your hair ruined! We waited FOREVER & then spent 3 hours! I have been to many schools & never had such a bad experience! My «highlights» are 3 colors — on the same hair! They’re poorly done stripes. The instructor never checked on how she was applying the color, or on the hair cut. It wasn’t busy as it was evening & there were very few students. It wasn’t even worth the Living Social «deal»

Had my hair done by Willa! Such a sweet lady, & knows exactly what she’s doing! She made my blonde in my hair perfect. So happy! And the instructors are very sweet as well. Very professional place to be! Great experience for my first time; & I will definitely be coming back to Willa! Yay! awesome people, awesome students.

I bought a groupon for $ 34 includes highlights, pedicure, and facial… I haven’t used the pedi and facial yet, but I am so DARN HAPPY with my hair. Valerie is the student that did my hair. I kind of described what I wanted with out any pics and she did exactly what I had in mind. She is going to do well! I am very happy: o)

I’ve been here a few times and some services (facials) I would highly recommend. They use all Dermalogica products and you can get an Express (45 minute facial for $ 16) or European (75 minute facial for $ 25). This price is ridiculous and every time I have been the aestitician has been great.
Now I would not recommend getting your hair cut by someone in training, nor would I get a waxing but this is a fabulous place for dirt cheap facials.

I like this school a lot actually. They offer a good range of services which I have been pleased with. The front desk person is accomodating and friendly. I have been to many high end salons and spas and I feel like this place is a great option for the price.
