The Pavilions On Central

I love living at the Pavilions. It is close to everything downtown, great location. The apartments are beautifully designed and feel spacious with lots of light from windows. The staff is incredibly helpful.

I stopped by after a friend referred me, and I’m so glad I did! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. All of my questions were answered via phone and I’m person. The complex itself is clean, quiet, and convenient!

Great service. The staff here are friendly and any request we have is taken care of very quickly. All the areas of the apartments are clean including the gym, pool, and workout area.

We have been here almost a year now and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE our apartment. The location couldn’t be better. It’s literally 6 blocks from downtown (nice commute!), and less than 10 minutes to the airport. The layout of all of the units are smart and dynamic, and almost every one has been redone (brand-​new-​everything and upscale appointments). The the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Security is outstanding.
What is absolutely amazing to us that the staff know residents by name. We’re just residents, right? No. Apparently the office staff, and even the maintenance staff, make it a point to know who lives here and what is going on in their lives. That is way above and beyond. And if we ever call the office and don’t leave a message, you call us back!
Highly recommended.

I have lived at Pavilions for a little less than a year and can honestly say that I love it. The complex is very modern and nice, the location is fantastic and the management has never hesitated to go out of their way to fix any issue I’ve had. I would not hesitate to recommend Pavilions to friends and family.

I’ve had my fair share of issues since moving here last year. However, Denise has always been very good about rectifying any problem that I’ve had. I think I had a little bad luck as I moved in right when she took over, but she made it right today. I do believe that they are moving in the right direction but also think the rent is too high for the area.

I have lived here for a two years. My first year, no problems and enjoyed the apartment. Loved the management and would quickly take care of maintenance requests.
However, it has changed drastically. Our apartment is falling apart and they are failing to help in any way. Our shower doesn’t work, our ceiling has been brown for months, leaked for days, our drying machine needs to be ran for 4 cycles, and our oven does not work. Therefore, our electric bill is through the roof in the middle of the winter.
We have told our concerns to management and they do not compensate for any of these inconveniences. They say someone is coming to fix it, and there is never any follow through. When we do complain, we are talked down to, and the blame is put on us for not switching to a renovated unit. They should not have allowed us to sign on the lease of this apartment, if it was going to fall apart. I would not work with this management or live here again.

I have enjoyed living here — the staff is friendly and accommodations are nice, location is good and have met a lot of people down in the city. It feels safe and they are so friendly here!

My experience here has been wonderful to date, and my transition has been seamless. The staff are helpful and friendly, grounds are well maintained and residents (at least the ones I’ve met) are very nice. I’d recommend this to others, for sure.

It’s all about the new management. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I even recommended them in the survey they do for future residents, but not until they left me a warning on my car’s windshield says dear resident, move your car from our FUTURE RESIDENT’S PARKING which is right in front of their office or we are going to tow it. WoW. Then Emily one of the staff there, insisted and actually followed me to move my car and I was just only going to grab some stuff from my apartment and leave. YES I am a resident and they do this. Until now they changed 2 managements and this is the worst one. They are rude. And yes Michael I agree with you Shelly the previous manager was very cool and understanding. The previous management made so much renovation to the apartments, and they deserved a 5 star, but not this one.
P. S. I do have my own garage and it’s way far from my apartment, sometimes I park closer to my apartment for an hour or so and I guess this thing bothered them so much.

I came here to get info on leasing after seeing the complex one day after going to Lux for coffee. The manager at the time, the blonde, was super super nice! The units are also beautiful and I love the floor plans, and not to mention the neighborhood. However, these apartments are extremely overpriced… I would love to live here, but honestly, almost $ 1,300 for the smallest 1 bedroom apartment they offer is absolutely absurd. 780 sq ft is actually quite sufficient for a 1 bedroom but at nearly $ 1.75 per square foot, come on, give me a break!
I would definitely pay like $ 800-​$ 850 for their smallest 1 bedroom here, that seems fair considering all of the amenities and the beautiful upgrades. But I’m sorry, you have to be high out of your mind to spend $ 1,300 on a ONE bedroom apartment. Especially when Monarch is right next door and their 1 beds start at like $ 690.00. Yeah, they are not upgraded like Pavilions, but it still is not ethical to charge someone twice that amount for the same thing in the same neighborhood!
I would love to live her, just lower your prices to a logical amount and I gladly will :)

I have lived at pavilions for a couple months now and i love it. The pool is fantastic, the home is beautiful and new and that’s just what you do when you get home from all the awesome things located in the area. I would recommend Pavilions to anyone.

Just renewed my lease! Great place to live! You can easily walk to many restaurants and dog parks. Friendly staff and neighbors, safe and quiet complex, well cared for grounds… what more can I say?

I have lived here almost 4 years and have not had too many problems… my most recent was my A/​C went out. It took a lot longer to fix then it should have and the guys working on it, outside company, left all my doors unlocked and my garage door open for hours but really that is my biggest complaint! I also would like them to pay for my carpets to get cleaned since I was told they would yearly and they never have but other then that it really is a GREAT place to live!

So far I’m really enjoying living at Pavilions. The community is very quiet and located in great proximity to pretty much everything! It’s pet friendly as well.

Love living here. It’s at the heart of town, super convenient to great restaurants and bars. The community itself is really friendly. The units have all been upgraded and look great. Everyone that comes to visit is always complimenting the area and the way things look. I recommend taking a look if you’re looking for a comfortable but urban style of living.

We have lived in our apartment here at the Pavilions for 5 years. We have had a wonderful experience until the new manager took over a month ago. Shelly, the previous manager was phenomenal and very appreciated. This new manager is dismissive, rude, over loaded, and very unprofessional.
At the end of last summer, the complex put a new air conditioning unit over our apartment. It is great in it’s cooling capabilities. Unfortunately it now buzzes, and vibrates the entire apartment. This summer it is so loud, you can hear it over the TV. This new manager is telling us that is normal. Had we not lived in this same unit for five years, she might have gotten away with that… excuse. Instead of sending someone over, or trying to find a solution, she has given us nothing but excuses.
We asked for the number for corporate and she even neglected to be able to provide that to us. She handed my partner a card and told him to «find it on the website.»
We pay a lot of money for this apartment, higher than most in our neighborhood. We have loved living here, but that is quickly ending. Their lack of customer service, and laissez-​faire attitude is disconcerting for the amount of rent we pay every month.
We will unfortunately be looking to leave this complex if they can not fix their front office, bring back a service oriented manager, and fix their mistake with the air conditioning unit. I would recommend staying away from this place until they know how to run a good community!

A great place. I have lived here for six years Alliance has been our management company for a couple of years. They have painted the buildings, installed a new grill at they pool and brought in new landscapers. The office staff are top notch. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Our Manager Shelly is by far the best I have had here in my six years. She is always of the happenings in the development. Having a garage and a washer and dryer are just icing on the cake.

I lived at the Pavilions for a year. During that year management changed 3 times, each time getting worse and worse. Nine months into my lease they were still asking me for pay stubs from my move in date because they didn’t get all the documents they needed at that time. I moved out in July 2014 and now it’s January 2015 and another new manager emailed me about an outstanding balance from AUGUST, which at the time of move out they said we owed nothing. This is an absurd amount of time and should have been handled much much sooner. I can’t wait to be done with this and never have to come anywhere near this horrid place again. STEER CLEAR!!!

I love this place. I had originally had another apartment lined up to move in to (I won’t name names, but it’s just south of this place on Central) and they raised our rent without informing us before we signed a lease. In an almost serendipitous bout of fate, we found The Pavilions on Central. Our leasing agent Trish was amazing. She walked us through the whole process and made the transition really easy. Move in went without a hitch. The management staff has been nothing but friendly.
The unit we got is nice. There are some minor aesthetic issues (random paint, a painted-​over light fixture, paint on our peep hole, a stain on the counter) but it was all marked on our move-​in checklist and the peep hole problem was fixed right away after I submitted a maintenance request.
On to that, now. My maintenance requests have been answered quickly and efficiently. They leave you this nice little note that says they came and fixed the problem if you weren’t home. The maintenance staff is really friendly. They’re always hanging around in the leasing office or around the complex doing stuff. One helped me carry a whole bunch of packages to my door, which was very nice of him.
Parking for me is never an issue because I have a garage. There are options to expand your garage, so if you have multiple cars, you may want to look into this option.
The grounds are beautiful and very safe. I have never once felt in danger walking around. I don’t know why there are complaints about transients. I have yet to see a single one. The lightrail is really easy to access and is really only busy around the time the high school starts and ends, which has never been a problem for me.
Fitness center has everything you need. It’s not too large, but it functions. The pool is stunning and always clean.
I cannot express how nice the management staff is. They take the time to learn your name and can always remember you. Of course there are some exceptions, but we’re all human, right?
I’ve been very happy living here. I’ve been here about a month, so I’ll update this if anything new arises. Thanks Pavilions!
