I’ve used the Parking Spot many times. Parking Spot 1 can wash and detail your car.

Usually short pickup times at both ends.

What’s not to like?! We can make a rez, get picked up at our car & dropped off in front of the terminal, you load our luggage on and off the bus, your buses pick up at the terminal every 10 minutes or so and drop us off at our car, it’s cheaper than parking at the airport, you give cold bottled water when we leave! And the drivers are really nice! It is SO much better and faster than when we used to park at the airport!

Pick up at both the parking lot and airport was very quick. I appreciated that I was able to lock my cars and keep the keys with me.

Easy, efficient, and the only parking I use in Denver and Phoenix! Everyone knows the Phoenix airport is spread out and off-​site parking can be a challenge, the Parking Spot makes it a breeze. You get dropped off in an accessible location for sky cap service, or you can go check in at the counter. On your return, it’s super efficient… the buses run frequently and get you to your car safe and sound. Another great perk is their travel rewards program… if you park there a lot, you get days of free parking. They add up pretty fast!

Great place to park your car, with covered parking available. Newspaper is usually provided upon entry and bottled water upon exit. Shuttle drivers are courteous and helped with my luggage. The wait is never longer than 5 minutes to and from the airport. Reservations are free if you sign up for the rewards card. Overall, a good experience at The Parking Spot 2.

The driver was very nice and the lady that was working at the booth was so very friendly. We use to park at preflight, but with the the construction we decided to park here and we really like it so we will be staying here.

The customer service I receive on a regular basis at The Parking Spot 2 gets a 10+ rating from me. The employees are friendly and always greet me with a smile. Sam the shuttle driver is awesome! He is always very eager to help assist me with getting all my luggage on & off the shuttle, which was very nice since I was traveling by myself and I had every bit of 50lbs in the largest piece out of 3 total. Sam represents your company very well… he is a cut above. I usually don’t take the time to fill surveys out, but because the service is just that great, I think it’s just as important to share the good not just to comment when an experience with any given company is bad.

Great service @ a good daily rate. I parked at this lot without reservations over the Christmas holiday. Within minutes, an employee helped with my luggage and a shuttle van was waiting to take me to the airport.
Upon my return at the airport, I waited no longer than 3 minutes for their van to arrive. The clerk at their lot gladly accepted my coupon and even gave us 3 free bottles of water. The service is «spot on!»

Great place to park. Very friendly service. Constant shuttles are always running to and from the airport. I have probably use them well over 200 times and I don’t think I’ve ever waited at the airport more than five minutes to be picked up. Also, if you are a AAA member, show your card and I’ll give you a discount.

Perfect place to park your car. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program online to avoid the reservation fee and to earn free days.
If you have a AAA card, go to their site to get coupons for when you are leaving.
The staff is always friendly and efficient. They pick you up right at your car, I have never had to wait more than a minute or two for a shuttle at the airport and they drop you back off at your car. Then you get a bottle of water for each person as you leave.

This place is great! We pulled in early and was assigned an area depending on if we wanted covered parking or not. Right away the shuttle pulled up while we were pulling our bags out of the car. The driver was very helpful and then after few stops we were whisked away to our terminal.
On our arrival back home –finding a shuttle back to the lot was a breeze and didn’t wait at all. We were again whisked back to the lot and immediately to our car again the driver was very helpful with our bags.
On our way out to pay we each received water bottle and it was such an awesome treat since we were parched from our early morning (mostly sleeping) flight.
We used our AAA discount and got a great deal –so if you have AAA I recommend printing out the «coupon» from the AAA website.
We will definitely use this place again and it’s better than inconveniencing your brother-​cousin to drop you off at the airport and your sister yelling at you wondering where you are standing at the terminal doors.

Regardless of how slow I come in, whoever is attending gate doesn’t open window until AFTER I’ve scanned card. Thought maybe I needed to make more noise so they knew I was approaching. However, the car with the boom beats went through the same molasses-​like person.
Why does this matter? The gate attendant usually tells you where to park. But, if you’re tight on time then time is of the essence in catching the next shuttle. Cumbaya!
