We are a new street vendor /​caterer and we specialize in making outrageous and delicious varieties of nachos for every occasion. We have recipes ranging from Pizza Nachos and Bacon Cheeseburger Nachos to Caramel Apple Nachos and Chocolate Covered Strawberry Nachos. We are constantly coming up with new ideas so if you have something in mind that is not currently on our menu, feel free to ask. Thanks!

History

Established in 2011.

The Nacho train! was founded by co-​workers Matthew Nervis and Tarek Rabat in 2008 as a team-​building event to build morale in the workplace. Along with other co-​workers, we would bring nacho ingredients and lay it out in a train fashion. Each ingredient acted as a train boxcar in the Nacho Train and word spread quickly about the fun and delicious nachos that we were making. We ran the Nacho Train! with friends and family at house parties and various other gatherings. As a response to the AMAZING feedback we received, we decided to take The Nacho Train! on the road (or I guess on the train track…) and share it with the world!
