The professionals at The Lending Company were wonderful to work with. My husband and I just finished refinancing our house with Andrew and Mary L. and they made the process quick and easy. Mary was wonderful to work with and communicated during every step of the process — she was detail oriented, incredibly responsive, professional and a great pleasure to work with. TLC was working hard for us and got our loan completed and closed earlier than we expected — even though it was during the holidays. Through their knowledge and expertise they were able to help us find an even better loan than we originally thought. I would recommend them to anyone needing a mortgage or refinance.

I am a real estate professional and have been using The Lending Company as the primary lender for my buyers since 2005. Every single one of the loans has not only closed successfully but has closed on time! In many cases they have closed them early. There are always issues and challenges that pop up for every buyer but TLC always helps to quickly get it resolved and back on track. I would never EVER consider using another lender for my buyers!

This is a terrible lending service. They will tell you constantly that you should be closing by a certain date and then push it back. They never get anything done on their time frame and blame everything on you if you are even a day late on getting paperwork to them. Closing takes forever and I would rather slowly tear my arm off than go through them again.
