I moved to Arizona in 2003. I attended University of Arizona for 4 years starting in 2005. I am currently a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps. Paul, the other owner, and I came up with an idea to open a business. We wanted to emphasize a quality restaurant for people to enjoy and this concept is what we arrived at.
