This is one of my favorite spots for lunch or for a special occasion. You have to try the polenta fries, they are absolutely delicious. I usually have one of their hearty sandwiches because they use fresh, local ingredients and that’s what distinguishes this place over others. Good ingredients means good food(IMHO). The service is always pleasant and while you’re there, take a peek around the building and notice the beautiful architecture. It’s an amazing jewel of the south valley.

We went here for our first wedding anniversary. The server was pleasant, but when we asked for water she gave us options of sparkling or flat. We thought that flat would just be plain, but we ended up being charged for bottled water. The gnocchi I had was not good, watery. I’ve never had it before, so maybe I just don’t like it. But we also left hungry. I thought the garden was rather silly with fake birds.
