I absolutely love this place. The staff is always super friendly and its some of the best tasting coffee I have had. On top of all that, they are also selling product right now to send to our troops

The employees working at this location are sweet and everything nice like their beverages! In typically fashion, we took for… ever to make a decision on what to drink. The barista assisting us was very patience and offered up friendly suggestions after quizzing us on what we usually drink at other coffee & tea spots. We ended up getting an Iced Cookie Butter Latte(a sweet holiday treat) and a Winter Dream Tea(rooibos, black tea and spices). Tasty drinks but they were not as memorable as the outstanding service that really made this location a great little spot to stop and get a drink.

I mean it’s coffee… The source of everything in life. So it was a good drink. I was a little grossed out by the food tho. The cashier went from handling money to food with out washing hands or wearing gloves. And the burrito. Mmmm mushy over priced crap… My dog enjoyed it. But then again she also snacks on litter box treats so I guess she’s not as picky. The staff seemed to hate life. And really mad they were there… I get that it’s a holiday. I’d be soaking up time and a half for the couple hours they are open if I was them! I mean come on baristas don’t make that much few extra bucks is always nice! But apparently not here. It’s a cute place and it’s close by. Likely the only reason I’ll go back in a pinch when I run out of soy milk like this morning and can’t make my own cappuccino. But I would not be opposed to driving to a friendly Starbucks a bit further away. I always prefer small shops to corporations, but that’s usually the homey welcoming feeling you get. This is not that kinda place.

I’m a huge tea fan and I love their loose leaf selections. Try the iced Dragon Cherry for a refreshing summer treat. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is great for study or a quick meeting. They don’t have a huge selection of food but otherwise it’s a great place.

My reason for this rating has nothing to do with their drinks… I absolutely love Coffee Bean and its my top choice place to get coffee. But this particular location absolutely disappoints me every time :(The baristas and every staff member I have worked with there are VERY rude and unfriendly. They seem like they hate their jobs and the customers. Won’t return to this location.

Coffee too sweet. Prices too high for the crappy coffee. Their pastry«eewww» it was dried! Do I need to keep going? I think I should stop. Never comeback here never! The staff? So so…

3 stars because the coffee was ok and the coffee shop was clean and comfortable. Service and attitude could use a little work. No breakfast sandwiches, just pastries. I ordered a large iced coffee with cream, no sugar and one pump of mocha. The cashier blinked at me and said, «You want an iced mocha?» That’s not what I asked for. I repeated my order. I was told they don’t have mocha syrup, just powder(bad) and they would leave room for cream. I got my order with a nasty look from the barista– no room in my iced coffee(the large here is a medium elsewhere). So I poured some out and added the cream. It was actually ok, not great, I have had better. I would go here before going to a fast food chain for coffee.

I’ve enjoyed coming to this location on a fairly frequent basis, and it’s not bad; the service is good, generally friendly but frankly something is lacking. On a pretty regular basis now, whenever I order a toasted bagel to go with my coffee, the bagel comes out only slightly browned and really not«toasted» at all, or even moderately warm — let alone hot. Plus, it really seems they should open a little earlier than 6:30 am on a Sunday, especially during the summer. Just disappointed in the recent visits there, as it had been one of my favorite spots to read and enjoy a bit of coffee, etc. Too bad.

Been coming here for years to mix up my coffee places. Love the iced teas and hot chai in the colder months.

The barista was not a very friendly gentleman and the drinks tasted like dirt. I ordered a mint tea/green tea mix but got watered down $ 4 trash. Thank you for the $ 8 worth of waste also known as a «Thai Tea».

Love this coffee bean! The baristas are always amiable and make great recommendations. Anna is especially great.

Tried this place about 9:45 am on a Sunday because it is right by Costco. I got lucky and beat a rush. I ordered their mild Costa Rican coffee and a raspberry scone. The coffee was tasty but the scone was dry and tasteless. I won’t be buying that scone again but I am a fan of the coffee. Pricing was fair and service was quick. The staff was friendly. This place is worth it for the coffee. I will review again once I try the blended drinks.

This is a shame to find out that the Coffee Bean uses powders in their espressos. These powders contain«wheat» which means it is not gluten free. They told me they had nothing there that was gluten free. That’s not good. Im done with The Coffee Bean. That’s too bad, they need to get in the NOW, like many others that accommodate people that have health restrictions. I do however like to mention that they do offer a non-dairy creamer, yay, its a start for my other issue. Its not just me… Plenty of people out there have all kinds of allergies and are developing health issues, alot of which is cause by the way food is processed these days, i am convinced of this, i was not always gluten intolerant nor dairy intolerant. I digress. They do offer water and some soda’s in a can and regular coffee with non dairy creamer. But i still won’t support a company that puts all that other jazz into espressos, lattes or frappuchino, so i won’t be back.

As of April 2014… at least at this location… Now serving almond milk! 5 stars for almond milk! Still not a huge fan of ice blended anything, but the hot & steamy dark roast with almond milk hits the spot some days!

Super friendly and great coffee craftsmanship. I came in at the end of a rush, and everyone kept their composure and got the drinks right. Jeff and Jenn on the bar are impressive!

Love their decaf! I recently switched from regular to decaf and have been hesitant everywhere I go, ordering it. But Coffee Bean probably has some of the best in town! I get a light-iced, half hazelnut, half dark chocolate, almond milk latte. It’s DELICIOUS! And they are always friendly too :)

Loyal Starbucks customer here– trying out this spot since it’s less than a mile from my home. Today I had a large iced coffee– which I was worried about it being bitter… But it is a nice bold iced coffee not over-roasted like Starbucks! Plus zero calories and no sugar I can do this! The cashier was minimal in interaction– though not rude. My friend got something with almond milk & coconut YUM– trying that next time. Like maybe tomorrow.

I love this place! They have the best iced coffee and to top it off, they carry almond milk! Definitely better than Starbucks by a long shot.

When people found out I had a Starbucks addiction and had never heard of The Coffee Bean, I was urged to check it out. First off, I hate these reviews that say«for a chain» or «I hate chains… blah, blah, blah» STOPGOINGTOTHEMTHEN! These people annoy me. Go make Folgers at home. It’s like, if you ran a small ma-and-pa shop and people ended up loving it and you opened more should people just stop buying what made you succeed? Stop trying to be different. It’s okay to like coffee from a Starbucks or Coffee Bean. Anyways, probably should’ve said that in a blog post but I had to get it out. To be honest, I couldn’t tell the difference between this place and Starbucks. The patio/counter/coffee and pastry selection all looked and tasted the same. I had a medium Americano and I couldn’t taste any difference. Also, the girl working here that took my order didn’t get the memo to smile this particular morning so that sort of ruined it for me right away. Not saying I wouldn’t go back, but I’m an avid coffee addict and nothing stood out here to make me a believer!
