Sunshine Carpet Cleaning

We had service on 10÷7÷15. He was able to come out quickly to clean the carpets. Great job! Just as good as Stanley Steamers who is usually who we call. Not only was Sunshine, Marty, Carpet do a good job but we saved money. Marty is also a very friendly guy who provided great customer service.

Sunshine Carpet Cleaning came out last week and they cleaned my carpet and my tile and did a fantastic job. They were professional and prompt and very nice and I would definitely have them again!

I’m giving one star for the lack of service we received, our carpets may be clean but I’m quite disgruntled with our clear miscommunication. First I called to make sure my needs could be met as I wanted to get his current groupon deal which was 3 rooms and a staircase cleaning for $ 69. I informed him that I only needed our small living room space and staircase done, would it be cheaper to purchase the groupon or just go through him. Marty informed me that it would in fact be cheaper to go through groupon and since I did not need the other two rooms he would waive the $ 15 travel fee. So I said great I will purchase it, I scheduled for the following day at 10. He said he would be there from 10 – 12 well 10:30 rolls around and still no show. So I thought well maybe he meant between 10 – 12 I texted him to confirm our appointment and received no response 12:10 comes and still no show. I call when he answers he said I have next week, I inform him that no we scheduled for today. He said oh well I will be there later. Ok, so 2 comes and he finally shows and we have to hustle back to our house. He then tells me that he will be charging me a $ 20 not $ 15 travel fee, and that he never said he would waive the fee. I say whatever I will pay it. We decided since we have to pay the fee may as well have our small 5×7 rug cleaned, as it is a «3 room and staircase» deal it should be included, right? Wrong! He charged and extra $ 25
So bottom line if you want to wait around all day, get lied to about fees go to him. Yea our carpets may look nice, not worth being lied to and continued miscommunication.

Marty is a Professional, and I appreciate his willingness to listen to my questions and concerns. I am very happy with his work. I recommend him for any residential or commercial work, as he is honest and hard-​working. A real old school professional. Lucky me!

I had a client that needed to get their carpets cleaned quickly since they sold their home. Marty was able to come the same day I called and did an excellent job. I let the buyer know he can also do the air ducts and should call him. I will certainly use Marty and Sunshine Carpet Cleaning again.

I scheduled with Marty last minute and he came on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet in my apartment. He was friendly and I was thankful he could clean the carpet in such short notice. He charged a $ 15 traveling fee (out of zip code), but the price was still affordable and reasonable compared to other carpet cleaning companies that I had called. Recommended!

Marty is such a great guy and I couldn’t be happier with his service! My carpet was stained with pet pee, coffee, and who knows what else! After Marty’s service, it looked as good as new. Will use again and again, highly recommend!

Marty from Sunshine Carpets came and did a wonderful job. My carpets were beyond repair upon move out from my old place and he was able to get them back to looking brand new. So happy I will be able to get my deposit back!

After expecting USA Clean Master to come clean my couches, this company came and did a horrible job. He returned and his son redid the couches and chair. Although the son did a better job he was not thorough. Would not recommend them.

An appointment was made for 2 rooms of carpets to get cleaned… No call, no show. NO Bueno!!!

Purchased a deal for $ 89 through living social. It was difficult just to make an appointment. On the day of the appointment I moved all my furniture and he never showed up. Tried calling for about an hour or so and no response. Two days later he called me and said he forgot about my appointment. I never rescheduled and filed with living social to get my money back.

Not pleased with their service. Bought a online deal from them and before purchasing made sure they would be able to redeem in next few days as we were moving. He agreed and gave me a timeframe of 11 – 12. I waited at an empty house for him and began calling at 1 to find out where he was. He finally showed at 4pm. He finished 4 bedrooms in 45 minutes and was done. I came back 24 hours later and carpets are streaky with the dirt and still very wet at 24 hours later. House now smells musty and gross. Called to advise them of poor service and to talk about fixing it and no return call.
