Sunchain is by far one of the best tanning salons, all the girls that work there are very knowledgeable and you are in and out in 10 minutes. The rooms are clean and there’s a basket in each room with deodorant and some personal items to spruce yourself up after a tan. I highly recommend Sunchain.

Absolutely terrible! I went in for a spray tan, the machine was way outdated and on top of that my spray tan never worked. I even called to speak with the manager and someone was suppose to call me back but never did. Then today I got a thank you card from them? Lol what a waste of time and money. If your looking for a great spray tan go to the tanning place by desert ridge:)

I’m really bummed that I had to cancel my membership to Sunchain. I had been tanning here for years and had to cancel because I moved, and, there are unfortunately no Sunchain locations near my house.
This is hands down the best salon I have ever tanned in. The girls who work there are so nice, especially Beth. I had canceled my membership at one point because it was something that I had to cut out briefly due to the financial aspect. But, when I went in a while later to rejoin, she remembered who I was by name! She in particular always remembered my name, and my last name is hard to spell, but she always knew it. She took the time in the beginning to get to know me, and I thought that it was really nice. Every time I came in she was a pleasure to see.
Sunchain gives you 10 minutes on your timer to get ready and apply your lotion. I have tanned at places before that only give you like 3 minutes… They also give you a basket in your room that has everything you would need following a tan. The baskets had things like baby wipes, hairspray, lotion, body spray etc. they also provided you with goggles, which was really my favorite part! This is the only place that I have ever seen do this. It is really convenient because not only are goggles hard to find in stores to buy, but I would always forget to bring mine, but Sunchain gives them to you every time for no additional charge! They also allow you to upgrade your tanning bed at a little bit of an additional price, which is nice if you are looking for a darker shade to help accelerate your tan. They also open at 7am and close at 10pm in the summer, which is really really really nice! I was definitely able to find a time during the day to come when they are basically open all day!
I wish I still lived in the area because I really loved tanning here! I might have to just give in and rejoin, because when it comes down to it, the drive is probably worth it! :)

Very clean and nice ! Rooms and beds are well cared for too. 4 stars because spray tan booth is very old. Low quality.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed’s they offer. I also like that they are not overly aggressive with selling you something that may be out of your budget. The beds and rooms are always very clean. All rooms have a basket of items you might need for sprucing up after tanning and a cold rolled towel if you request it! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about starting their tan early for summer!

I’ve never used a tanning salon before and was skeptical. Sun Chain made it a great experience and I now look forward to each time I go. The staff is always friendly, the facility is clean and bright, and the value is great. I would totally recommend Sun Chain to anyone!

I used to be a member at pro-​tan USA, however, they decided to sell out to Palm Beach tan and that is too far from where I live. I tried Sun Chain out because of it’s location and am impressed with the prices and level of service. I don’t feel like they are always trying to upsell me which is nice since I already know what I want to do when I visit. Comfortable and clean place that I recommend!

I am so impressed with the level of quality tan that I get from just a few short visits here! The staff is super knowledgeable and has expert advice to give. I would highly recommend coming here!

The manager Beth is super awesome very friendly and Allways helpful. The facility is always clean and the candy in the rooms is a nice touch. Not to mention how affordable the prices are. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place! Love the staff and the beds. Only wish this location had a level 5 bed and you could use your upgrades at all locations. Other than that I think it’s the best tanning place in the valley. Make sure to stock up on client appreciation day… Great deals!

So I have a trip coming up and I thought I should even out my tan lines. I ran into SunChain. I used to go all the time, but I just got lazy. Their staff are super friendly and she looked me up quickly. I still had a prepaid tan (buy them and save money and they don’t expire yippee) She even found my tanning lotion from a year ago! She was so nice and knowledgeable. She doublechecked to make sure my tanning lotion had not expired. I didn’t even know tanning lotion could expire.
All in all I was in and out very quickly. It’s a great tan for a great price, excellent staff, and super clean.

I have been tanning nearly 10 years and always went to a family spot in flagstaff… moving down to the valley i was looking for a close and convenient spot to keep up my killer tan. I love the the selection of tanning beds so you can be in and out in no time with a rocking bronze tan. The girls are very nice and the tanning beds are kept very clean. Also love the candies they leave on the pillows, jolly ranchers are my fav! Needless to say i have found my new tanning spot in Phx.

I have to say that I’ve been very pleased with this place. They are located in a convenient strip mall, on Tatum and thunderbird. Large parking to accommodate a busy area.
The attendants have always been very informative, kind and seem to know the ins and outs of their job. They have given helpful tips for lotions and what type of bed or tanning routine would beat fit your lifestyle/​budget. They have many different bed options at all different price points. Many times there are promos and discounts– so watch for those!
Inside has always been clean, they provide a variety of products in each individual room, deodorants, powders, mists, tissues, wipes, goggles, towels. If you ask you can even get a cold rolled towel!
I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about getting their tan on!

I went yesterday for the very first time. I got a mystic tan, which I have been getting for years. The gal at the front desk still took the time to walk me through all the steps. She was so friendly and knowledgeable that I will definitely be going back there. Great customer service, she knew everyone by name!
