Staples

The manager, Nick, answered the phone, was so personable, reminded me of the local stationers that existed before Staples! He knows what products are on hand. I found the section, with many choices, just as Nick had said on the phone. He popped by the aisle, just the right offer of help. He allowed me to browse, came back around, offered some tips. Nick was at the register when I checked out, and he made sure I received a current discount, which nicely offset the small cost of the extended warranty.
I bought two versions of a product, and went back an hour later, a few moments before closing, to return one, and purchase two more of the brand Nick recommended (was a better product fit for my preference).
Another friendly person rang up my exchange, and Nick gave his oversight, along with the discounts.
A memorable, professional and enjoyable experience.
Nick handles technical support, and I will return to this particular Staples for office supplies and advice in the future. Highly recommend!

I use this copy and print center about 2 days a week for work. Used to go to the one on Osborn in Scottsdale, but after they messed up too many orders and one of the salesmen ordered me around I have up… So then started coming here and thought everything would be better. NOPE! How is it that my orders ALWAYS get messed up or incomplete. Only reason I keep going here is because when it is done right they look amazing. So for now I will deal with, however it’s very frustrating!

The copy center here is amazing!!! By far the best copy center around. They are ALWAYS on time and very helpful. The boss lady is so sexy sweet… I wish one time when I went in to get my copies she would just slide me a piece of paper with an address and time… damn lady… you sexy
Anyways get your office supplies here…

I give this place another year: Nobody on the floor to help, long line at the register, only one person at the register, the employees are misinformed and really don’t care. I spoke to the manager and even he agrees. Another sign how corporate America is dropping the ball and losing customers to online sales.

Usually will let me price-​match products with OfficeMax and/​or any online advertising companies. Great friendly employees too!

The store itself is OK, but the bathroom is DISGUSTING! (See Photos)

Not big of a store but very well organized. Nice and helpful staff.
